Dr. Timothy R Lavender

After taking nearly an hour to make an appt (to verify that they accept my insurance) I get an appt. For 3:15 today. I have to work tonight, but no biggie, should be back to town by 7. Get there and there is only one other person in the waiting room. Give the receptionist my insurance card, when they bring it back to me they tell me it has s higher deductible, that’s fine, I say, I’ll pay what I need to. The waiting room fills up and they take patient after patient in front of me, I know people are there for different reasons but after and hour and a half my mom finally goes to ask because we are going to have to leave soon so I can go to work. The rude receptionist who insisted on calling me “sweetheart” tells me I should reschedule because it’s going to be at least another hour and a half, there are two people in front. Who? I ask because there was no one there when I got there besides one woman that went. I got the feeling they did not want to see me because of my insurance.

Very compassionate Doctor!!!!

Went into the office to get cosmetic treatment. Dr. Lavender and his staff are very knowledgeable and explain everything. The procedures that I had came out great and everyone tells me that I look rested or lost weight. Thank you Dr. Lavender !!!!!

I went to have Dr. Timothy Lavender to remove places from between my breasts and arms caused by the tanning bed I wanted removed. He did remove them but froze or burnt them off too hard and it left me with hypo-pigmentation, redness and caused me alot of money and stress trying to get the damage removed. I feel he is incompetent as a dermatologist and will not ever go back again. I still have't succeeded in getting all of the damaged removed and under stress and depressed.
