We think Dr. Meilner is great. We do have to wait typically, but I believe this is because he does really take the time to listen to his patients. He always follows up on referrals and coordinates thoroughly with all our care providers.

When I have a scheduled appointment I typically sit in the room for close to an hour before he comes in. Whats worse is I often hear hear him chatting up a storm with other patients and coworkers. Pleasantries and good attitude is great, but when you’ve kept a scheduled patient waiting for 45 minutes while you crack jokes and BS, you need to politely cut it off and be professional. Further, his listening skills are poor, he tends to think he knows all the answers already and has an intimidating presence hiding under the goofery. he took me off my ADHD medicine of 5 years cold turkey, no weening just cut off.
