I & my bride have had an excellent experience with our Doctor & MDVIP for over ten years. However, the MDVIP home office must do more to facilitate & arrange for specific cooperating doctors at our vacation home which is out of state.

Not good, seems distracted

Dr. Pratt is a consummate professional who goes through great lengths for his patients. I can’t say enough good things about Annie as well. They respond immediately to calls and texts and absolutely have the best bedside manner. There is never a rush and I’ve never left without having all of my questions completely answered. I have been with the same doctors office since I was one and a half years old. It was a smooth transition when Dr. Pratt took over for Dr. Ernst. Dr. Pratt and His staff has been fantastic for me and has been there many a times through some pretty tough times for me. They have gone above and beyond! They have reached out and called and checked on how I was doing on occasions when I really needed it. The MDVIP system has made a big difference in my health care. Dr Pratt took care of my father for about 9 years. He and my father had a very good relationship and dr pratt managed to keep my dad stable and in his own home until age 89 despite several long term and progressive diseases. My father was still at home doing well at home with caregivers at age 90 until a family dispute forced him into a memory center where he stopped eating and passed away. He was doing great with Dr Pratt. Dr Pratt was always my dad’s true advocate and he was approachable to all of us kids and my dads ‘s nurse said he was very responsive when she called and needed anything. He is very intelligent , stays current on the latest literature. Yet Despite his intelligence, he’s still very easy to speak with, kind and very compassionate. Dr Pratt’s nurse, Annie, is a “treasure“ to the patients and to us family members. She always took our calls and helped us ASAP. They are a great team. I’m trying to get my young 29 year old son to begin seeing Dr Pratt.

Dr Pratt is a caring and highly competent physician, who has always shown me the utmost respect. I am not sure who is leaving these crazy 1 star reviews but I very much doubt they are a patient.

Dr. Pratt has kept me alive longer then any one else in my family.

Dr. Pratt and his staf is awesome and I would recommend them to other people. I greatly appreciate his care and attention and service. He and his staf are amazing

Dr. Tim Pratt is super at responding to phone calls and emails regarding my health. His medical knowledge is excellent and his medical contacts for delivering solutions regarding my health are excellent. My friends are jealous of the expertise and responsiveness he provides.

Dr Pratt is an outstanding physician and really takes fabulous care of his patients. I can't express enough my appreciation for his concern and care in dealing with his patients.

Year after year of excellent care. My husband is non-compliant with taking any steps to promote better health; although he does take his medication as directed. Dr PRATT is patient and not condensending. He accepts my husband’s decisions and works with him to help him stay as healthy as possible. We pay this extra money because one stay at a hospital will cost more than our annual membership to be an MDVIP patient. It is wonderful to have access to a caring and excellent physician. Dr. Pratt and Annie are extremely personable, efficient, helpful and will take time at a moment’s notice to assist in whatever is needed, and whenever. I don’t know how people cope these days without an MDVIP physician. It’s like having an old-school doctor who made house calls and acted immediately in an emergency —and with your best interest in mind. I've been an RN for 20 years and I've seen the good and bad, but Dr Pratt and his nurse Annie are the best! Thorough, smart and understanding. Love working with them!
