Dr. Roncone and her entire staff are professional, kind, and caring. I received periodontal care for the past 18 years from another Periodontist, and I decided to get a second opinion for a treatment plan that I was prescribed by my former Periodontist.When I visited Dr. Roncone, it was very evident that she was a skilled professional but more than that she made me feel comfortable, and she took the time to explain my options. I decided to switch from my periodontist of 18 years to Dr. Roncone because she built trust with me, and made me feel safe. I had to have a tooth extracted and it was completely painless. Dr. Roncone is a skilled surgeon and it was very evident that she cared about minimizing any pain or discomfort with the procedure that she performed. I didn’t even need to take advil following the procedure! Her prices are also extremely competitive. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Roncone for all of your periodontal needs. 5 Stars All Day!!!

What a great experience to be seen by such a professional as Dr. Roncone. After my Laser Surgery, she saw me 3 times to make sure my gums were healing. I am still being watched even 6 months after my surgery. She is so smart and efficient in her consultations. I wanted to get the work done right away but she was very helpful in letting me know about the financial strain and ways that I could offset out of pocket expenses. She cares about your finances as much as she cares about your teeth. Want to keep coming back here!

Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. My wait was minimal. Dr. Roncone was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I would highly recommend this office. Her thoroughness and honesty was much appreciated.

The best doctor-patient relationship I’ve had has been with Dr. Roncone! She and her staff were excellent in detailing my treatment plan and aftercare routine with no issues whatsoever. Best dental experience I have had in the 72 years of going to the dentist. She is sweet, and so very capable plus makes you feel so very comfortable. Had a front implant done and even I can't tell the difference. Awesome work and a highly enjoyable experience. If there were more than 5 stars I would have done so, go see her now!

I have severe periodontal disease and was at risk of losing 5 teeth. I was referred to Dr. Rancone who did scaling and root plaining with adjunctive laser treatment (billed as osseous surgery, which I didn't have). It was about 6K, so I got a 2nd opinion, and the other peri said they’d take out the 5 teeth, do bone grafts, and then give me a retainer – also 6K! So, I decided to give Dr. Rancone a try. I had the option of general anesthesia, and I’m glad I didn’t take it (saved $300). I had scaling and root plaining done in the past (with laser treatment offered as well), and they just numb your mouth, no sedation needed. Dr. Rancone works very quickly and you will never have to wait, which is awesome! However, she doesn’t explain what she’s doing at times, and the aftercare handout was unclear (but she said she’d revise it). Dr. Rancone has a great personality and will talk to you, and called me at home after the procedure. She even let me text her my questions and she responded right away! Huge plus! The pain in my teeth - which was severe before the procedure - comes and goes now, but is nearly gone one month later. Will return in Oct. to see how my teeth are “fitting.” My bite was so bad – well, I didn’t have a bite at all. Right now my two back teeth on the right side (upper and lower molars) are the only two that meet, and the only place I experience pain. But my teeth can shift and everything might be great by Oct. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to go with Dr. Rancone. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Rancone is super-attentive and always on time, never makes you wait. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that is technically talented. Care-givers as well as treatment-givers. Dr. Roncone knows her stuff and and is personable and friendly in dealing with patients before, during, and after treatment.

Beat periodontist I ever had. Very good nature and great at explaining the procedures and options. Great staff with almost no turnover through the years I’ve had Dr Roncone.

I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to dental work but Dr. Roncone did an outstanding job as well as her staff. The entire office truly takes care of you and explains everything in detail. Another great experience with Dr. Roncone. Previous had work done approx. 11 yrs. ago. She repaired a tooth and said she would try to save it, 11yrs. later and my tooth is still going strong. She is a highly qualified professional!

This is a follow up to my original review. As stated earlier, I was very unhappy with the laser procedure performed by Dr. Tinou Roncone. The tooth she worked on became infected shortly after the procedure. When I called her about it she told me to come in and then charged me for another office visit. After the surgery she suggested I come in yearly for bone loss checkups. Any dentist could have monitored the tooth's bone loss but she made it sound like only she could monitor it. Again, expensive office visits. Finally after the second infection I called her to discuss what was happening with the tooth. I let her know I felt misled and she became very nasty and evavsive on the phone. She said I have to come in to further the discussion. I did and while there I told her I had an appointment the next day with an oral surgeon to examine the tooth in question and the damage caused by the infection. I told her I had read on line about the damage infection in your mouth can do to your overal

I developed an infection in an implant. I was told by 3 dentists that I would need the implant removed, a bone graft done and then a new implant put in. They all said if you don't the infection will return no matter how well you try to keep it clean. I went to Dr. Tinou Roncone for her opinion. She recommended laser surgery despite what the other dentists said. She did a glowing presentation for me that did not talk about possible failure of the procedure. She said if it was her tooth she would do the laser surgery and then asked whether I want to spend $1000 for the surgery or $5000 for a new implant. As I look back at the discussion she was using typical salesman type of tactics. I went ahead with the laser surgery. Despite flossing, water piking and brushing 3 times a day within a short period of time the infection was back and there was more bone loss. At that time she said we probably have to do another surgery. Another pay check for her. I thought at the time why would it work a second time if it failed so quickly the first time. She then started talking about the procedure only having a success rate of 50%. Never once did she say that during her presentation. I certainly would not have gone through all the discomfort and expense for a 50-50 chance. I met with her today to discuss what to do. Her usual bubbly and personable attitude was replaced with a very aggressive and curt style. She was very defensive. Despite all this she was still looking for more business. She started telling me that I now needed to have a new implant and when she does it she gives a lifetime warranty. I was so disturbed that once again she was trying to drum up business. When leaving one of the staff said I need to pay for the consultation. I would never recommend this dental surgeon to anyone. By the way, one of the dental offices I originally consulted with told me at the time that be careful with Dr. Roncone, "she is a real salesman". Finally, my daughter had once gone to her for a consultation and came back saying she felt she was at a used car dealership.

She’s a great Doctor! Been seeing her for years in regards to my dental problems. Very prompt and efficient office never had to wait past my schedule appointment time. Last but not least, the staff is also very professional and pleasant. I trust her and follow her recommendations.

While Dr. Roncone was a fine surgeon I am highly disappointed by the office staff. I was quoted that my insurance would pay 100% of a procedure. The receptionist made a mistake and wrote down that I had more money available than I actually did. I later received a bill for $330. When I questioned the bill I was told that she was sorry that it was human error, she had made a mistake. I then asked if we could split the balance and have them write off a portion of my bill (which I thought was generous since it was 100% their fault) I was told no, that they were sorry they made the mistake but I still owed the full amount. I am highly disappointed and will not return. While Dr. Roncone was a fine surgeon I am highly disappointed by the office staff. I was quoted that my insurance would pay 100% of a procedure. I had to have an implant and am currently in the process of second one and all I can say is what a great experience it has been! Dr.Roncone is very caring and gental and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. She as well as her staff are all very welcoming and nice! I have seen many dentists over my 50+ years but no one has ever compared to Dr. Roncone!! She is absolutely the BEST!! She's an expert in her field of Periodontology, and she's always expanding her knowledge and skills with the most current and leading edge technology. She also cares about her patients and is very warm and friendly, just like her staff!! They truly are top notch!! I went to about 4 dentists over the course of about a year for an implant and didn’t have a good feeling from any of them. I came across Dr. Roncone and made an appointment for a consultation. From the beginning things were different and much more pleasant than the other dentists I had visited. Dr. Roncone saw me for my consultation and took her time to explain to me the process of an implant, what I needed, and why. She’s Board certified which added to the comfort level of her knowing whats she’s doing. I scheduled an appointment for the implant which occurred over a couple of visits. Each visit was pleasant. Dr. Roncone was very sincere with her work and concern that I was comfortable along the way. The implant turned out as she described and as I expected. Her fees were actually less than some of the other quotes that I received. I’m glad I took the time in searching for the right dentist and came across Dr. Roncone. My son had a gum graft done and we were quite pleased. Yes, the doctor is bit blunt but she is quite good. They provided some great follow up care since we had some bleeding issues. I would recommend them

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Roncone. In my experience, Dr. Roncone seemed set in her ways, uncompassionate, and unaccommodating. I recommend looking elsewhere to find a dentist or periodontist who listens well and tries to meet the unique needs of each patient.
