I am very impressed with the level of competency of this office. The office staff is very friendly and thorough. Dr. Tran takes his time to listen and address your concerns. My office visit was very pleasant, the receptionist was also very quick to have my lab orders ready at the end of my visit which was very impressive.

Found this practice on Santa Clara Family Health Plan network. I'm so surprised that there was no review on Google Maps. Just decided to give it a shot all because the appointment scheduling is soooooo smooth and quickly. All staffs and the doctor himself speak fluent Vietnamese which is a huge convenience for Viet patients. Dr. Toan is the friendliest doctor I've met. He listened to our concerns, explained things in details, answered every questions that we had. He even checked my Dad's physical condition at the begining (trust me I've brought my FIL & aunts to a numerous of Viet docs in San Jose and none of them perform this simple test). He looked at the past lab results that we brought in with respect. Nice & clean office (sharing with a dentistry), providing hand sanitizer for patients. I can't believe that he is so old but still so careless to his patience! He made a huge mistake on last my checkup and now I lost a teeth becoz his fault! Stay away!
