Dr. Bell is responsive (not having to wait 6 mos for an appt), Competent, personable, and, overall a pleasure to see. His staff is most helpful and businesslike. As a new patient, I look forward to a long term relationship.

I am a long-time patient (30+ years) of Dr. Bell’s. If you are seeking a podiatrist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and competent with a “bedside manner”, look no further . I have complete trust in Dr. Bell’s abilities and judgment. His office staff is helpful and accommodating.

My experience with doctor Bell was very pleasant he address all of my concerns about my ankles and foot care he created a plan to keep comfortable and pain free his staff was very helpful and profession I would recommend him to anyone in need of foot and ankle care he is very knowledgeable

Dr.Bell's staff is so courteous and professional. The nurse listened to everything I had to say...and she took detailed photos of my foot issues. When Dr. Bell came in, he put me at ease. He is so highly skilled...he took care of my problems with great care. I would recommend Dr. Bell highly to everyone. You won't find a better Podiatrist anywhere!

I would rate this zero stars if I could. I advised my husband to see this Dr for bilateral numbness of the feet and left ankle pain from poorly fitting shoes. This Dr told my husband that the pain in his ankle was due to misalignment of his hips without seeing my husband get up put of his chair even once! He also kept referring to the wrong ankle that was problematic and never listened to my husband's complaints despite his attempts to correct Dr bell several times. He told my husband that he had an irritate nerve at the bottom of his left foot that was causing the ankle pain. He simply said to do stretches. What stetches? Who knows! He was never shown or given a handout of what type of stretches to do! He also placed him in a $100 foot brace that was completely useless and not appropriate to address my husband's pain. I was completely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and misinformation my husband was given along with this Dr lack of ability to LISTEN and address the primary complaints. So my hubby left the office with an expensive, useless brace, NO addressing of his feet numbness and no follow up instructions. A second opinion at another podiatrist in West Hartford (bishopscorner) proved the brace useless and that his pain was a result of something completely unrelated to what Dr bell stated! My husband instantly felt better after this second opinion(that was quite thorough with walking and shoes assessments)...both physically and mentally. I just feel bad, as I am a clinician myself, and used to refer my patients to Dr bell! Never. Again. I guess if you need your nails cut then maybe...otherise shop around. If a Dr tries to diagnose mal alignment of your body without getting you up out of the chair and tries to assume/tell you whats wrong vs listening to your complaints....please go get another opinion and save your feet/wallet and time. Dr. Bell is a true professional with a great sense of humor. He educated me on my problem and explained in great detail why it was happening. His staff is amazing and I would recommend anyone to see him. Thank you!

We found Dr. Bell and his staff to be pleasant and concerned. I would highly recommend Dr. Bell. He was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. He acted immediately to have an issue resolved and his office staff went above and beyond to follow up. I want to thank them.
