I had a great experience! I had my teeth cleaned and the young man did a wonderful job!

The dentist was very polite, the fact that I had extensive work done and was told they would call and never did the fact that there are still pieces of teeth in there, I got 2 out myself but can’t get the rest the emergency room said that it’s from her not spraying my mouth good after and the skin has recovered it, I stood there after the appointment with my mouth bleeding waiting for the girl to schedule a follow up appointment and she just looks at me and says We’re done with you, when I was supposed to have a appointment in 2 weeks, then right back to talking to her coworkers. I worked in healthcare for 19 years and this definitely wasn’t a positive experience.

Went for a cleaning last week and was told I had 2 cavities. Came back to get the cavities filled and it was like the entire process was extremely rushed, I was only given a minute after the numbing shot before the dentist started drilling into the cavities. I felt all of it and was making noises and moving. I was given another numbing shot and yet again was only given like 30-60 seconds before drilling started again. I have had fillings before at other dentists and nothing compared to this.

Dr. Todd provided friendly service and seemed to be a genuinely decent man. He was highly communicative and did an excellent job explaining his process and how I should take care of myself post-service; has provided me service in past without complaint~ the state of the art technology at this location is absolutely fascinating and provided me great insight regarding my oral health! ???????? The staff, on the other hand, provided epicericacy... so I had a tooth extracted, called office two days later for fear of dry socket, and severe pain when eating. Was told would receive a call back; 6 hours later I called office to further my inquiry. Told would have to wait a few days; asked to extend prescription until appointment, but was offered an antibody instead (why was no antibiotic initially offered?) In all my communications with staff, I felt they spoke to me condescendingly: staff often responded to questions with questions or "I don't know." My Medicaid insurance was often brought up as if I was less deserving as a client and should be grateful for any service provided. I might have felt that way because no one who works in that office looked like me~ I won't play that card, but at this moment I am hungry because of the pain! Quite certain that I will end up at the ER before the end of the night! I do not recommend this facility (at least to people who look like me) to #Louisville residents: not worth the drive! ????????‍♂️ ????????

Dental hygienist was brash. I only had one side Of my mouth focused on. The polishing was a complete waste. Very careless. No focus on detail. Not comprehensive!!!!!!!!!

Had a cleaning today. Hygienist was very pleasant and personable. I like this dental office.

No one likes the dentist however, Mortenson in La Grange, KY is by far the best I have been to. I had to get two tooth extractions today, and two roots to what was once wisdom teeth taken out. The doctor and staff were so very understanding and very supportive. My visit was fast, and it was my first visit. They know what to do to keep you comfortable and secure.

Although this location is about 30 minutes away from my home, I was absolutely impressed about how clean it was how respectful the front desk associate was and absolutely love Denise she was phenomenal. She talk to me through my procedure. She was kind she gave me advice & tips on better dental hygiene. She is absolutely wonderful. She definitely deserves a raise if she has not had one recently!!! Very pleased with this location!

The staff (minus one) was very friendly. The hygienist assistant was very judgy, because my son has Medicaid. If they actually looked at patient history, they would see its because he is autistic. They did not take his sensory issues into account and they kept asking him questions that he couldn't answer and seemed to get annoyed when I answered for him.

I walked in the office to see if they accepted my insurance, which they did!! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It just so happened there was a cancelation, SO I WAS SEEN TODAY. WHAT A BLESSED DAY! Entire staff was pleasant.

Don’t go to this dentist. He is horrible. Uncaring and non compassionate. He cares about money and that’s it. I wouldn’t see him again if he was the last dentist on earth. It’s sad that it’s people like him that cause people to fear dentist. Watch the movie the dentist 1996 and you’ll get an idea of what he’s like. He’s the worst dentist I ever in my life seen and I’m 48. He doesn’t care. Good luck if you chose to see him and when your crying and going through a lot of pain, think of my review

I had a terrible experience with Todd Mortenson for a tooth extraction. He seemed impatient and didn't deaden the pain. I had to beg for him to stop and took a referral to an oral surgeon. I didn't go to another Mortenson for it. The referral he wrote had my name wrong and indicated the wrong tooth. He gave me a script for an antibiotic but not a painkiler, which I got from my GP. The X-Ray taken was inadequate for my oral surgeon's needs, which means he shouldn't have relied on it either
