Professional

Very caring, professional staff. Thrilled with my choice of surgeons. I absolutely love the entire staff. This comes from someone who is terrified of dentist! From the time you walk in the door, their main focus, is on making sure you know what’s going on and that you are comfortable. I would highly recommend Carolina Surgical Arts!

Dr Owsley is so kind. I had dental work done. He explains everything in a way you can understand. His staff are friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend him.

Dr. Owsley and his entire staff are professional, friendly and make certain you understand cost, procedures and options. I have moved over 1 hour away and wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

I am so pleased with this practice. Everyone is so pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough and kind; they follow up when procedure is done. Very comfortable with the provider.Atmosphere is wonderful! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Owsley is the best! I went in super nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out and I was worried for nothing. He’s very comforting and walks you through everything he is going to do. The day after my surgery I only felt a little sore but good enough to only do Tylenol and ibuprofen already. I 10/10 recommend him!

Incredibly enjoyable experience during my consultation. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I suppose I'll edit my previous consultation review to include my post operation review. Dr. Owsley. I can't express how grateful I am for the way every step of my journey was carried out through the office of Carolina Surgical Arts. From reception, to procedure to post op care for patients, the structure of this business is beyond compasinary. I was most likely a difficult client. Anxiety plagues me with even a routine cleaning, but everything was so well explained, every detail discussed and no stone left unturned, truly put my mind at ease. Can't thank the staff enough for their gratitude, and I can't thank Mr. Owsley enough for making a difficult time more than manageable and more pleasant than I ever thought possible. He may be a Heel, but this State alum will be making a donation to the Adams School of Dentistry. Their staff is amazing and super friendly. They took great care of me. I will be returning for any further teeth related extractions.

Went in for my top two wisdom teeth to be extracted, and then a baby tooth to be pulled. Everything was going fine, UNTIL I saw they had pulled the ADULT tooth rather than the baby tooth. My mom has called and been told they would call her back, and I called multiple times with the same thing. . Absolutely amazing, they were very polite and really helped to calm my nerves when I was about to get all four my wisdom teeth pulled. They sent my fiancé and I home with very specific instructions on the after care. The nurse that was helping even walked me all the way out to my car and put me in the passenger seat and strapped me in. I loved the experience in its entirety. A few years ago I started my journey with Dr. Owsley and his team. I had all of my teeth extracted and 8 implants put in to support the click system on my dentures. Recently one of those implants worked itself loose from my bone structure. Dr. Owsley brought me in for consultation immediately and replaced the implant free of charge. I was blown away by his hospitality and so greatful for his eagerness to help and restore things back to normal. Dr. Owsley and his team are a 10 out 10. I had four wisdom teeth extracted Friday with Dr. Owsley and had such a great experience! He was professional, caring, and an excellent doctor. He and his assistant were very calming and took their time explaining the process answering any questions I had. The office called first thing Monday to check in on me as well. We absolutely loved the visit today Dr. O was very good and explained to us what was going to happen, made us feel so much more comfortable! Only down side is it’s going to be another 8 wks before they can do our surgery but we do understand! Hopefully they will have a cancellation and can get us in sooner. All of the staff has been so nice and helpful, and Dr McDaniel was as well. I am very pleased with my results. ☺️

It's nice to see a competent friendly staff. My dentist, Dr Wilkinson said this practice is the best in the city, and he's right. Customer satisfaction is very much alive here.

Great office, staff is very friendly and both Doctors are super nice. I have always had good experiences at this office.

They were the only ones willing to get me in on New Years eve. I was is so much pain and was scared no body could help cause i was sure everyone would be closed on new years eve. They extracted my wisdom tooth and now i feel a lot better! Thanks guy!

I’ve been a patient at Carolina Surgical Arts since 2023. They are the best! I make the appointment, I meet with Dr. Owsley I tell him my wishes we discuss we look at pics we both concur. We set a date and time. I arrive early I pay the bill I am prepped by the kindest nurses. I was so impressed with how pleasant my experience was at Carolina Surgical Arts. Dr. Owsley was great, he did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable and explaining the process of my wisdom tooth removal to me. I was nervous about the process at first but after speaking with him and the staff during the consultation I felt much better about the surgery. The day of the surgery I was very thankful for Erin, she talked me through the whole process. She really helped calm me down and made me feel very comfortable before the surgery. The doc and nurse were very comforting, making a difficult decision easier. Some upgrades needed to the exam room, probably COVID related, as items are scarce. Still felt comfortable with them.
