My husband has seen Dr. Tucker for several years, but lately my husband’s experience was horrible. First, the night guard lasted 5 years. My husband came visit Dr. Tucker for a new night guard. Dr. Tucker said to my husband to try it and if it’s not working, my husband should come back. After 2 months the night guard cracked. My husband came back, and he got a replacement night guard, but it took 4 visits and 3 poor quality night guards that was not fitting right and already cracking. We assume it was covered with some warranty but we’re wrong. With all those 5 minutes visits, there's a long wait at the lobby, and my husband got bills for those visits, The office manager was not helpful to correct the bill even though it was the laboratory that could not provide a quality night guard, The night guard has poor workmanship and office staff is not professional to provide quality patient care. It was a waste of time and money, and my husband is stuck with a poor-quality night guard.

I had bad experiences with Dr Tucker. He extracted my tooth and left few pieces of tooth in root. I had a lot of problems after that.... it wasn't heel about a year... Another doctor fixed my problem.. Irecommend anyone go to it! He is very unexperience dentist !!!!!!
