very long wait times; staff was unfriendly. Doctor he has as a partner is rude and his comments unprofessional.

My experience with Dr. Coffey & his staff was the worst I have ever had with any doctor I have seen. I was told to call with any issues after the visit which proved to be almost impossible. The medication he had me take was making me very ill and my condition was not improving. I went to him for a severe sinus infection with other symptoms that were alarming. When I went to another ENT I found that my sinus infection had resolved weeks before but I had also been suffering from another ailment related to my throat & esophagus. None of this was captured by my 2 visits with Dr. Coffey's office. I am facing an endoscopy and have also developed thrush from a medication he had me using daily. His nurse seemed annoyed when I called as directed by Dr. Coffey. She left me a phone message saying "call us in a month". Please think before relying on this practice! There are others who get it right and listen carefully to the patient's condition and treat and advise accordingly.

Dr. Coffey is very thorough in everything he does. When you have an office visit with him, he is not only concerned about how you are feeling now; but also how you have been feeling in the past so he can get a good idea as to what is going on regarding your health. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say.

One of the best practices around. Highly recommend Colleen PAC. Jean, Dr. Coffey’s nurse and office staff are awesome. Never disappointed or rushed. Highly recommend. Great providers.

Dr. Coffey is a caring physician. He works with his patients to understand issues and resolve problems. However, his office staff is abrupt and not helpful. I find myself dreading to call the office and the only reason I continue to visit him is because is such a good doctor.

They recommended surgery on my nose to realign my septum, guaranteeing that I will be able to breathe better after the surgery. However, it has been one year and my nose feels the exact same as before the surgery. They basically asked for about $500 to give me a nose bleed for 3 weeks...

Dr. Coffey and his staff are responsive and professional. Dr. Coffey provided detailed information about the condition and communicated clearly and compassionately with both the patient and family during visits and surgery. His expertise and knowledge of the field was evident in the diagnostic tests he ordered as well as his recommendations for follow -up services. Thank you.
