They provide m ducal care without first obtaining a medical history. Dr. Roark took a biopsy without medical history information about my being a diabetic. Dr. Roark said that corporate does not provide him with a medical history form that allows me to list personal and family medical history live liver issues and cancer. This is dangerous to all their patients.

My annual checkup was thorough as always. Dr. Roark also offered suggestions on care for my dry skin. He removed a growth on my neck for biopsy and gave clear instructions on how to care for the neck afterwards. Results came back faster than promised. The office is well-managed, has short waiting times, and helpful staff secured a convenient appointment for me. Dr. Roark is an excellent physician and a trusted health care provider.

Dr Roark has found several skin cancers on me in the past few years, due to his thoroughness. He is superb.

I have seen Dr Rourk for years after coming down with Rosacea which was misdiagnosed elsewhere. Dr Rourk promptly diagnosed and treated my condition and has followed me thereafter. He is friendly, knowledeable, skilled, and efficient. Wait times are short and parking is always available.

Dr Roark has been the best dermatologist I’ve ever had. Suffered years w skin issues and since I was switched to him I’ve gotten real help! Most my issues have famished and no longer affect my daily life!!

Tom Roark has been my dermatologist for many years and is an excellent physician. He knows my skin issues well and treats those conditions appropriately. For me, during these COVID times, particularly Omicron times, I do wish the clinic would be more robust in making sure its staff is fully vaccinated and boostered. I have tried to contact their corporate offices to discuss this and have had no response from them. Indeed, is it really possible to talk to anyone at corporate? I do not know. Dr. Roark is personable which makes conversation about skin issues easy to discuss. He is caring and concerned about anything regarding health issues that I discuss with him. He is very informative about my condition. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable doctor specializing in dermatology.

I visit Dr. Roark every six months. He and his staff appear to be knowledgeable, concerned, professional and likable. The office appears well run and efficient and has a feeling of safety during Covid. It is normal for me to be in and out within 20 or 30 minutes of my appointment.

I wish the bandage that was placed over the spot where a mold was removed on my back was better secured or done. It ended up bleeding on several shirts over two days. luckily the stain came out of each shirt. Its hard to see and monitor a procedure done on the back.

Dr Rourk is simply an excellent skin doctor, been coming here for many years.

This was my first visit with Dr. Roark and he gave my skin a thorough review while explaining why I should skip using soap except for critical areas. He noted my dry skin & recommended no lotions (too much water) and instead use creams from a jar. He gave particular interest to my face where I shared my concerns, and he took a biopsy of my left nostril while explaining what could happen if the pathology report for basil cell was positive. I’m 70 years old and this is my first experience with possible skin (cancer) problems. I also have lupus and he’s the first doctor to ask about my ANA numbers. I will be seeing Dr. Roark in three months for his recommended follow up. I highly recommend his services and his assistant, nurse Laura. Both are professional and very nice people, as well.

It was like seeing an old friend, except it was a skin cancer screening, but still not as uncomfortable as it might have been. He is wonderfully matter of fact.

After not seeing.a dermatologist for several yrs, I went back to Dr Roark for a general check up and to examine some troublesome growths on my scalp. Dr Roark suspected BCC & after biopsy confirmation set me on the way to resolution via a partner surgical specialist. After several follow- ups it appears everything is good. I am pleased with his excellent matter of fact care.

I think Dr. Roark is great! He is friendly and knows his stuff. At my last visit we talked about mosquitoes and chiggers. I didn’t want to use Deet products. Dr. Roark recommended that I look for products containing Picaridin. Really helpful!
