Dr. Harris is knowledgeable and friendly. She genuine and cares about her patients. I have been going to her for over 4 years now. She helped me manage my pain in a realistic manner. I really appreciate her and her staff. If you want will real care, not profit driven, go see her.

Was sent as a referral from workers comp for an opinion.. first visit she was kinda rude and act if tho she knew my ten yr history. Tried to tell me it was all n my mind. Wth!@ I needed to see a neuro surgeon not a pain dr.

Was sent for an spinal injection. After an hour of waiting, then questions, urine test etc. I was taken to a back room. Just the Dr and myself. She gave me a shot in my tailbone. I have had multiple Epidural Injections. That was NOT the same. I was told to lay flat for 20 minutes. And someone would check on me. After 30+ minutes of lying there. With NO one checking on me! I got up to get dressed, and leave. I found everyone in the front reception area. Playing with the dogs. That stay in the office. WONT be going back! $400+ in out of pocket expense! After Insurance. Dr. Harris saved me from the path of pain meds and treatments the VA and other doctors had me on. I have been seeing Her since 2012. Other doctors and the VA had me taking 10+ pills a day for pain. She stop all my meds and di the one thing no one else did. She talked to me not at me. She asked me what works best for me and address my issues with my neck and back. Granted she is to the point and some might think she's rude but I would and have recommended her to over vets. The Dr took my spouse off anti depression meds cold turkey, not weened off. Seriously depressed, no quality sleep and was broken up w night mares. Felt useless and worthless. The office manager Donna suggested being seen the following week. Instead of checking with the dr, still haven't been seen and this was last week. Sterile procedures are done here even w a non service animal. A long haired terror of some sort.

Dr Harris can be very good or extreamly unreliable. Clinical notes are scattered, disorganized and unreflective of actual patient visits. Critical items like specific Quantity of patient pain, response to pain med and injections and quantity and quality of patient stamina, fatigue and activity not assessed or not recorded. Had no method to keep track of neck and back injections easily. Frequently the Dr didn't know what I was scheduled for at appointment.

Horrible.

Worst experience with anyone who is supposed to be doctors who are there to help someone with chronic pain. The PA even rolled her eyes at my husband and I when I informed her of one of my diagnosis because she had never heard of it, making me feel as if I was making everything up, even though they had my diagnosis and records from my neurologist. The doctor was rude, asked if my hair was real! Had to cancel two appointments due to illness. The receptionist hollared at me over the phone and asked just what was my problem, even though the doctor knew about my medical conditions. I was dismissed from the clinic by the receptionist and the doctor refused to to see or speak with me. Sad and horrible experience. ???????????? The doctor was rude, asked if my hair was real!
