Dr. Toni Chavez is absolutely awful. I simply wanted a refill on my son's asthma medication because he ran out. She refused to send a refill because apparently she wants him to come in every 3 months (first time I'm hearing this), but have an extremely restrictive schedule. She tells me that if I bring him right that moment, she'll see him. I say I'm moving him to an office with more flexibility and she got upset. She hung up on me and deleted all my son's records in the patient portal!
