Very unprofessional. My doctor recently retired. He was absolutely wonderful. Now I was not informed that he was going to retire and it I would be out of my medication. I have some medication you just can't stop taking. I was informed by a blonde haired nurse who's very unprofessional over my answer sheet that I would not be getting a refill and for me to call her back on her cell phone number. When I went back into the clinic i was also reminded that I couldn't get my medication. Xanax is not something you just quit taking. Shame on you Jackie Rose and staff. Should not be in business.

Its taken two weeks just to get a signed paper for a handicap sticker. Wonder if he thinks that good for a cpod stage four patient need is to be inconvenienced. They say he has been busy, it would take dr ho a second for his chicken scratch on a paper. I DONT THINK HE HAS THE BEST INTREST IN MY HEALTH

Dr.ho makes you wait hours in his office just to see him. And he talked to me in a bad manner I couldn't say on this. But I'm looking for a better doctor. He also told me ta walk barefoot in the grass for my anxiety. And sit in the sunshine. He doesn't need a license to practice medicine at all. Another issue is he talked to me in a very bad manner talking sexual. I do not trust this doctor he doesn't care about your needs. Dr.ho makes you wait hours in his office just to see him. Worst clinic you could go to...been there 2x with my kids and was disappointed with service both times due to it taking 3 days to get my kids script sent to Walgreens. The last kicker was with my husband. My husband has been on the same meds for 4 years. His insurance had changed so he had to change Drs so he decides to try our Dr...Dr Ho. Dr Ho changed his meds unbeknownst to him and it screwed my husband all up....I called to tell them to change them to his old meds and the receptionist got rude with me to say the least the B word is a understatement to describe her. Needless to say after 5 days of my husband needing his original meds refilled I need to find another Dr!! Dr. Tony Ho is one of the best Doctor around. He is a small town doctor who has time to set and listen to you, and talk to you about any health problems you are having. The kindda Dr. that called me on Christmas Eve and Said Merry Christmas, then Talked to me about my xray. I can not complain. I got A+ service. 30 years later, you are still my Doctor.Thank you Dr. Ho Dr. Tony Ho is one of the best Doctor around. I love dr ho he is awesome.. but i went in with a severe cough.. i was prescribed $120 worth of medication that did not work.. i called axis (3x) to try to get Dr. HO to call in some cough syrup to help the coughing (every 2-3min). However 5hrs later no one has called me or sent my pharmacy the script to get meds. When i show up at the office.. the lady acts like this is my first time calling and tells me it will be another 2hrs before she even has him look at my file in order to get meds.. i literally have been waiting all day.. guess no one in the office thinks bronchitis is serious enough to have him spend 5min between clients in order to help an insured patient out. Dr. Tony Ho is the worse doctor I have ever seen, I went to him a year ago at Advanced therapeutic Solutions with severe chronic back pain and numbness in my legs he told me to squeeze lemon in water and I'll be fine. Come to find out with a EMG nerve test and MRI I have nerve damage. If he would had ordered those test a year ago it would be this bad now. Also to add they gave my baby immunization shots and never reported it to the health department and oh and they told me for 3 months that they switched management and they were waiting for some software to access are reports then the next week they closed without notice to any of their patients, Dr. Tony Ho take no responsibility for any of this. This New office he is at gave me someone's cell number and told me this is the number they are giving all his old patients that are asking for their records to. Well no one ever called me back and I have left two message a week. No answer and no call back. Very unprofessional.
