On my first time visit Dr. T. Botti was well knowledge and he explained everything to me. So I could understand what was going to take place before during and after my knee replacement. A date was set up for my knee surgery before I left the facility.

Dr. Botti is a kind, caring professional, and skilled surgeon. During our initial appointment, he listened to my concerns and did not rush through the evaluation. After careful consideration of my orthopedic issues and completion of physical therapy, an extensive discussion regarding options were discussed. He was prompt in answering questions in person and via a patient portal, carefully explaining each procedure prior to all surgeries, in addition to providing aftercare and emotional support. This facility is modern and efficient. I barely had time to sit down in the lobby after the paperwork when I was called back. The staff is highly professional and very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Botti has a terrific reputation with my other family members so seeing him was a no-brainer. He was thorough, explaining all options of treatment after explaining the diagnosis. Straight forward honest assessments - Butler and Botti both a pleasure to work with.

I snapped my knee rock climbing and had surgery 10 years ago to repair both meniscus and ACL. Couple of weekends ago I chose to avoid an extremely angry rattlesnake under some tree branches I stepped on, instantly turning my body, and tore my meniscus. Not only did Flagstaff Bone and joint get me an appointment within 3 days, and a couple days later an MRI, but also accommodated me with a video conference call with those results to keep me from driving 80 miles round trip. As they were 10 years ago, they are the same today. Completely professional and polite. Mr. Botti actually facilitated the conference call from home, so it is much appreciated, when I understood he was being treated for an issue and not on the office. The check in was easy and they made the televisit an option since I do not live in Flagstaff. Dr Botti carefully explained my options. Everything was on time and was well done. No complaints at all. I appreciate Dr Botti taking time to explain everything and doing it by televisit instead of requiring an office visit. The notes were available for me within a couple hours to read for follow up. I have had nothing but good treatment from FBAndJ. The doctors always take time with me and make sure they have a firm grasp of my needs before they proceed with any form of treatment. I look for opportunities to recommend the practice to my friends.

Dr Botti is the nicest person and so great a surgeon. I wouldn’t want any other doctor to do my surgery. And his PA Kurt is also wonderful.

My husbands experience at the new outpatient surgical center was outstanding. The nurses Greg & Jeff were very attractive to all my needs. The phone conversation I had with Jeff regarding post operative care was easy to understand and he answered all my questions. My husband and I highly recommend Flagstaff Bone & Joint.

Dr Botti is prompt with his appointments and makes it a point to ensure all my questions are answered each time. He truly cares about his patients & is one of best doctors I have been to.

I drove 150 miles to meet with Dr. Botti and I am absolutely thrilled that I made the trip. Dr. Botti was very personable and 100 percent professional as was the rest of the staff, he made sure I got all the information I needed and one thing that impressed me was that he asked a nother doctor what her opinion was on my condition. It made me feel that he truly had my best interest in mind and after I left I felt relieved that I had a Doctor I could feel confident about.
