Dr Y is great but the front desk is not helpful its been more than twice I asked for the front desk rep to relay the message to nurse Leslie and Im yet to hear from her. I've had my appointments changed more than twice that I'm considering changing.

Sometimes the wait time can be a little bit long but Dr. Y takes his time with his patients. He grows relationships with his patients and earns their trust. My kids love him. The office staff is amazing!

Their scheduling is horrible. Had a appointment but you go there and have to wait another 30 min. Dr is good but his staff is not trained at all.

I think the Dr is pretty good, thats why lot of people are recommending him. But his front office lady is too rude and doesnt want to work or give straight answers. I called her 2 days back and she said i am not sure if you are covered and she said to call ins office and provide a ref #. In last 20 years i have not gone through this. Then when i did that next day she tells me oh we dont take patients of another dr. I said you should have told me before. Then she said oh you need to go to emergency. Rambling around which definitely would piss off someone. I wish i can give Rhona 5 negative stars. I think the Dr is pretty good, thats why lot of people are recommending him. Excellent diagnostician. Compassionate, caring physician. As a pediatric RN I highly recommended him!

This pediatrician is the most compassionate, caring, informative and loving doctor. Our girls loved and still to this day remember the sweet things he did to ease our child's nerves of being treated. You will not be disappointed with his care of your most precious children.

Dr Y is an exceptional pediatrician. He is so kind and genuinely cares about our daughter. When we have called him after hours, he has always been spot on with what to do and very informative and reassuring. We are so fortunate to have found him. He is a first time mom’s dream. I hope he never retires. He never rushes my questions and listens to all of our concerns.

Dr.Y is very compassionate and caring, answers to every question but the staff is so rude and irresponsible, better fix his staff if not he is going to loose more and more patients

This is probably the best pediatric center I have ever taken my son to.

Dr.Y as he is fondly called is a very wonderful doctor. My kids always enjoy their doctor visit because he makes them feel so comfortable. He does not prescribe medications unless it is absolutely necessary. Dr.Y is never in a hurry during the doctor visits. He makes it a point to listen to you and then suggest remedies. Always smiling. Sad that we have to move to another town. All the best Dr.Y. You are the best.

The best pediatrician you could get. He is caring, I never feel rushed, and he answers any questions. I couldn't imagine using any one else.

The BEST Doctor I've been to. Very compassionate, knowlegeable, soft spoken & caring. He's the doctor to go to! I hope all doctors are like him!

My kids and I love Dr. Yamauchi. He has the kindest soul and is the best Pedi a parent could ask for. He was my Pedi as a baby and I have nothing but great memories and wanted my children to experience the same thing and they were able to. Unfortunately, we can not continue to see him due to an unexpected change in our insurance and I am heartbroken. I wish I could keep him until my kids were grown. You will not be dissapointed if you choose him! He is the BEST out there! My kids and I love Dr. Yamauchi. He has the kindest soul and is the best Pedi a parent could ask for.
