Yes Dr Evans ordered some necessary tests (that I did not) sent me downstairs for blood work and prescribed a medication to address my concern!

Dr. Evans explained things excellently so I was never in doubt about the effectiveness of the treatments.

Dr. Hoessley is a wonderful caring doctor. Explains everything very clearly..does not rush you. So sorry to hear he is retiring. Am very upset. Understand that his time has come, but it doesnt make it any easier. Will surely miss him & wish him all the best.

Very honest, open and speaks in language that’s understandable. She is compassionate and sensitive to the patient’s feelings.

Dr Evans keeps me and my treatments up to date and is availble to answer any questions that may arise. She has my best interests in mind always.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Evans for quite a few months. She is sincere, professional and truly cares for your health and really listens to whatever questions you might have, no matter how silly they may seem on the surface. I go with my husband to every visit and I hear first hand what goes on between them and she always includes me in the conversation.

I most recently met with Dr. Evans on Tuesday, March 2. The consultation centered upon the options that were available to me in regards to further treatment. As the Keytruda is no longer an option we agreed upon a chemotherapy going forward. I have ben her patient for the past two years and we continue to develop a patient/physician relationship.

Dr Evans was a great pleasure to speak with. She had all my medical records and talked about the treatment. I was very comfortable.

We came to know Dr. Evans after my husband was diagnosed with a suspicious thoracic mass. During our first visit, Dr. Evans was utterly compassionate in explaining the severity of my husband's condition while being candid about the prognosis. Dr. Evans continued to treat my husband for months, overseeing his chemo and radiation treatment. She showed great sensitivity regarding quality of life concerns and pain management, and was always available by telephone to address any concerns. At one point, our primary care physician retired unexpectedly, and Dr. Evans stepped in to fill his role until a replacement could be found. Dr. Evans is a brilliant clinician and researcher. In addition, she is a caring person who had the patience to deal with my neurotic fears as well as my husband's ornery personality. My husband's treatment has concluded and there is now an empty space on the CT scan where his tumor once was. Dr. Evans has our sincere gratitude and our highest recommendation.

Dr. Evans has been keeping me alive for over a year since my diagnosis. She keeps me informed, answers my questions, and is always supportive.

If any doctor can properly diagnose your cancer and find a treatment for it that will work for you, this doctor can. Never gives up! When faced with fighting cancer, this is the warrior you want fighting with and for you. You are a part of every aspect of your care and your input and decisions are heard and valued. Without Dr. Hoessly, I would not be alive. His staff is equally as wonderful and caring. From the front desk to the medical team in the office area to the medical team in the chemo lab, these people are 100% for their patients in every way. I can tell you that this doctor will go out of his way and do all that he can do to ensure a positive outcome for you. It's very telling that wherever you go in the medical realm around this area, other physicians and medical personnel rave about Dr. Hoessly. Great bedside manner, one of the most caring doctors I know. Gives you plenty of time and his staff is superb. Highly recommend.
