Nothing but positive! Staff is excellent, friendly and caring. Dr Allan is caring as well as professional. Have been a regular for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have always had issues with my lower back and hips. Been to all the chiropractors around town and could never get adjusted till I came to Travis. Last year I had to have surgery on my lower back L5 S1 during this time I credit everything to Travis he was able to get in contact with people I went from not being able to stand or sit to getting a mri a neurologist and surgery all planed in about 2 weeks and I only missed about 3 months of work. During recovery him and the staff called me all the time to check in on my recovery. Great place and staff. I have always had issues with my lower back and hips. I'm a 28 year old with scoliosis, at 26 is hemorrhaged a disk in my lower back, set me out of work for 4 months, at 27 almost 28 that disk reflared up, I went to Travis for about 2 weeks before I could stand up again, about 2 months later I could walk better then I could before the initial injury. There were amazing to work me in and get me in and start treatment. They have an amazing staff that is caring and compassionate. Dr.Allan was able to help me with the treatment. They really do care about peoples well being.

Dr. Allan is amazing! I have arthritis all through my back and neck, he has given me so much mobility back, eliminating a lot of my pain. When I call to get in for any kind of issue the work me in as soon as possible. His staff is amazing! It feels like family when I go in.

Love going to our visit always happy Joyful no matter what, amazing hospitality always hyping people up as well very highly recommended place to go if you need work done or even a smile ????????????

This is by far the most thorough Chiropractor I have ever been to, X-Rays, massage, adjustment and decompression table. I have been having bad lower back pain and tried several chiropractors but hot no relief, one session with Dr. Allen and I finally can go from seated to standing without pain.

Awful experience, waited 45 minutes to meet Dr. Allan, he came into the room, didn't introduce himself, asked his assistant to get xrays. I went down the hall waited an hour never to get an xray. Dr. Allan came back into the room and told me, "I need patients who I can get in and get out. I don't want to take the time I feel you require. I will give you a referral to a doctor who is not busy." I'm not sure who should be the most offended, the other doctor, Dr Allan's current patients or myself. If he had read my chart and decided he didn't have the skills to with a flared sciatica nerve problem, it would have been better to just say so. Staff and Dr. Allan are fantastic! They are friendly and accommodating to you appointment needs.

Refused to bill my insurance, even though they are in my network and it covers Chiropractic care. They even told my wife that the copay would only be $25 then tried charging us over $100.

Great office! Dr. Allan and his staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs. I have been in for treatment a few times and feel better and better after each visit. Highly recommend :)

Not a friendly establishment anymore it’s too big and you feel like cattle. Dr Allen is a good guy and chiro and the front person kris is nice but the rest are rude and not very nice. Miss the old days when they where small and tried to help now even if your having a migraine you might have to wait till the next week to see him instead of being snuck in. And maybe it’s cause he is now on the city council too but who knows maybe one day they will figure it out that sometimes less is more! Great service . great staff fair price

Normally I wouldn't give out 5 stars. Someone really has to go above and beyond what's 'expected'. I was having severe chronic pain and had seen many doctors for the past 3 yrs. He sat down with me and listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Allan not only went the extra mile in trying to solve my problem, he even personally delivered my foot orthotics to my home. No doctor has ever gone that far to help me. I know he cares about all his patients the same way. As I was exiting the clinic one day, he was out in the parking lot carrying a teenager who was very distraught and in a lot of pain into the building. Dr Travis Allan is focused, determined, extremely kind hearted and will do anything to problem solve the issue. A rare combination to find in any medical practice. His office has multiple methods for ways of addressing your issue, and on a few occasions my husband had to run in last minute for a D.O.T. exam and they were kindly able to adjust their schedules. His staff is invitingly warm and always super friendly -makes you feel at home every visit. I highly recommend you give them a call. Normally I wouldn't give out 5 stars.
