Dr. Treacy Douglas Jones

Dr. Jones is a wonderful dentist, and despite what other reviews say, the staff has always been super nice! Dr. Jones was able to fix my teeth after years of neglect as a child. Ever since my first few appointments with him, my teeth have been in great condition. He doesn't judge you based on the condition of your teeth or any shortcomings regarding dental hygiene habits. 100% recommend!

Both of my children was seen here and things was going great until my son missed 2 appointments due to covid. I called both time to notify them so it would not count against us. The lady answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional and refused to even schedule another appointment said she would put us on a cancelation list that's been over 6 months ago and I never received a call. I called to ask her to transfer my children's record to another dentist and again she was rude and unprofessional and gave me a run around as to why she couldn't do her job. Then says I can have the new dentist send them a request for records with my signature for authorization when I had all the information needed to do so when I called. My daughter had an appointment here today and they did wonderful with everything! Definitely recommend.

Have been do this office several times and the staff was great and Dr Jones is a wonderful dentist. However call today 12:15-21 and the receptionist was not very nice pleasant or caring. Very rude talking and just all around not a nice person. When someone has a toothache it's a miserable thing this office needs to have more caring staff. Rude staff

Dr. Jones is not my regular dentist, however he worked me into his busy schedule to pull a tooth that had completely cracked in half. My dentist doesn't pull teeth, so I was desperately trying to find one who does. Dr. Jones was very kind and reassuring as he prepared my mouth for the procedure. Once it was numb, I didn't feel any further discomfort. It has been over a week since my appointment and it has continued to heal quite well. Very impressed with Dr.Jones and his staff. They were all extremely personable and he went above and beyond to ensure my little one was comfortable for her first visit. Great bedside manner, which is truly rare these days. Definitely recommend.

Felt like I stepped back into the Bronze Age. Everything was old and no one was in the office. I had a toothache and he told me it wasn’t my tooth it was my sinuses. Gave me Painkillers and told me to take it. Went to another dentist and had a cavity filled.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter and had to reschedule due to not wanting for the appointment to conflict with the time I had to be back at work. Called office several times and left a message but Never received a call back or any sort of confirmation. Showed up for the scheduled appointment and upon arriving the receptionist very rudely said that I had cancelled the appointment and that I could call back in the fall because they would be booked up until then. This was Interesting to hear because they had no patients in that morning and my original appointment was scheduled within 3 business days of my call. I will not be rescheduling due to the lack of professionalism from the receptionist and the fact that the dentist office did not look clean and had a terrible smell of what seemed like a mixture of dirty cat litter and dirty baby diapers. The grandkids & friends of ours love this dentist!

Dr. Jones and his staff have done an excellent job taking care of my family’s teeth. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great with kids. Very caring.

Horrible. Unprofessional front office and scheduling. Apology is not part of their limited vocabulary.

Great dentist, friendly staff

After seeing several dentists throughout my lifetime, I have finally found one I hope to never lose! How many other practices can say the Dentist is so thorough, he does his own cleaning, not a hygienist? He is AMAZING with kids - mine love going for cleanings! I could not imagine a better staffed office and would not take my family anywhere else! Love Dr. Jones, highly recommend! Dr. Jones has always taken excellent care of my dental needs. When I've needed fillings, he's ensured that the novocaine shots are virtually painless. His staff is always courteous and professional, greeting me by name at every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff for dental care.

I have foster children that needs dental care really bad, their teeth are literally chipping away and cracking and due to the laps in Medicare paperwork , she said they both were ineligible now I am not so sure I want to take any of the three their. The front desk people really need compassion and the social services would pay the bill anyways......not real happy with them at this point..the doc is losing customers because of a grumpy receptionist..... For years I was afraid of the dentist due to a childhood experience that left me terrified of a dentist. I explained my fears to Dr. Jones and he assured me that he didn't believe in his patients being in pain. I went from being a person that was 'white-knuckled' during a cleaning to enjoying my visit to the dentist. I take my children there and even my niece now. My children were patients with this office for years, but because we had to miss two 8'o clock appointments due to sickness of the children on one occasion and I had eye problems on another they now refuse to schedule my child together for early appointments and expect me to travel a good distance to bring each one early instead of all at the same time. Dr.Jones and his staff are very nice and I have never had a problem with them or their service. I will continue going to him for all my dental care.
