Dr. Austin and his team have my complete confidence. His Nurse Practioner, Judy, is both knowledgeable and compassionate.

Dr. Austin is awesome..he has been my husband's oncologist from the beginning of his diagnosis..He never makes him feel rushed in his appointments..We recommend him with no reservations..

Trevor, is a down to earth guy. I feel totally at ease speaking with him about my care and continuing treatments. The staff on his team that I interact with feel like family; Frances & Judy take whatever time you need to feel comfortable with your visit. It’s all as it should be.

I meet with Dr Austin and Judy Phillips on multiple occasions they always put the patient first. Their attention to detail and caring interest during treatments was astounding, always searching for the best medical care for the patient.

Dr. Austin is a great Dr. He cares about his patients, but is also very straightforward. He works with an amazing staff as well!

Waited and waited and waited at my appt time. Then after 1 1/2 hours was told there were more patients ahead of me. They had skipped over my appt to see other patients. I was told I could go speak to a complaint dept. A complaint dept is not going to help me with my cancer. When I saw him a year before he was very distant and acted as if it was a bother for him to explain things. Will never go back to that practice which is very poorly run.

Our visit was the worse mistake we made during the 2 year battle with pancreatic cancer. Dr. Austin is the most unsympathetic cancer doctor I have ever met, and unfortunately I have met many. He kept repeating 'your going to die' at least 6 times. On top of that, 'oh well if you throw a clot, that's not a bad way to go, since your going to die anyway.' Don't put your loved one through what we had to endure that 1visit unless you want them to give up all hope.
