I have been seeing Dr Huynh for about 4 years now, at every visit the staff is friendly and helpful; Dr Huynh always performs a thorough exam and takes the time needed to explain available treatment options with the pros and cons of each. Much better than my previous doctor who always gave me the impression they desperately needed to be somewhere else.

Seems very knowledgeable but visits are rushed and difficult communication style. Recommended only doing physical every other year ?

Doctors and nurses are very incompetent. Never remember anything about you. Or your condition. Very rude and hard to understand. Seem to charge more money than everywhere else. I wonder where it all goes seeing how it's the dirtiest office with the most outdated equipment!

I have been with Westford Internal Medicine for 12 years now. Doctors here are competent. Staff is friendly and helpful.
