Excellent facility...from the moment you enter the office, receiving a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. A complete and thorough explanation of the procedure of what to expect and what the pros and cons of the procedure .The doctor was totally invested in my feelings mentally and physically. Overall I was pleased beyond expectations. Would recommend her medical professionalism and practice to everyone!!

Dr. Ngo is the best. Especially the numbing part. The part I so hate the most. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but a Needle in the mouth, forget about it. Today turnt into a better experience for me today at my visit. I don't know if anyone else experience this but you are awesome. My anxiety went out the window. I will take this advice to any other dentist appointments. His assistants and other staff was great and nice. Everyone I seen said hello. Too sweet! Made you feel comfortable and not just another client. Thank You!

Dr. Ngo anh his assistant Z was just outstanding. I had my first foot canal, and Dr Ngo made sure I would have no pain. They both were very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Kudos Dr. Ngo, Z and front office staff as well.

I’ve had two totally pain free root canals (referred from the VA) with Dr. NGO at the Alexandria office and highly recommend him to those looking for excellent Endodontic care.

Dr. NGO is an excellent doctor, very professional, explained everything to me prior to the procedure and made me comfortable throughout the root canal experience.

Very clean office the doctor she was really nice honest explaining everything to me and gave me her honest opinion. Over all I would highly recommend this office.

What a kind and knowledgeable doctor. He came highly recommended, and was as good as my dentist said he was. He’s not in this to make a quick buck but is focused on getting complete info first and letting the patient make the decision on whether to move forward.

I was referred to VAEndo group for a same day appointment. I was a little apprehensive not knowing what I was going to get at short notice, who would be performing a complex procedure on me which requires a high level of skill. I feel like there was some kind of divine intervention here. I could not have imagined a better experience, or a more competent clinician. More than competent, Dr. Ngo was kind, accomodating, communicative, conservative in treatment, and seems to love his work.

Outstanding! Got me in within the hour for emergency root canal. He and his tech explained everything made it easy for me. Thanks!!!
