Dr Nguyen is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Between moves and insurance changes, I have seen many doctors. I haven't always had great experiences, but he is hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen. He is condescending and dismissive. He referred me to a doctor who does not treat my condition and did not respond to my request for another referral. On two separate occasions, I have spent multiple days getting a prescription sent from his office to my pharmacy who never got the prescription. He told me to go back to my old doctor to get my medications (not controlled) because I would be hard pressed to find a doctor to prescribe them for me. I told him I changed insurance companies and they are not in my plan. He then told me to tell my policy holder to choose a different plan (the day after open enrollment ended, might I add, and he works for the same company as my policy holder), so I can go back to my old doctor, as if we didn't choose the plan we are on for a reason. He did not offer any help beyond a useless referral and an empty suggestion to get different insurance. He also told me that since I'm only 24, I should consider stopping my medications that are the reason I can function, which I find extremely tone rude and dismissive. If I didn't have to take these medications, I wouldn't. They're expensive and they can be difficult to get. He didn't offer any help to find a different solution. He also consistently takes more than 48 hours to respond to any message on MyChart. I cannot say one good thing about this doctor. Dr Nguyen is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. This office is run very very poorly. As a caregiver of my sibling who has MS, it is ALWAYS very difficult and extremely frustrating, time consuming and difficult to get anything completed from this office! If you need anything ranging from faxes, doctor approvals, Medicare forms or updates, the red tape and the communication is just awful, not to mention even getting through to a human. While nurse Tammy does what she can when you can reach her, appointments via teleconference are late or don’t happen at ALL!! Written requests are ignored. We have been trying to get a motorized wheelchair for my brother and all we accomplish is telephone calls, missed faxes, and rude staff. Meanwhile my brother is literally sliding out of his present chair so he cannot got anywhere including doctors neurological appointments. VERY UNprofessional office!! Dr. Nguyen was professional and thorough.

Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining to his patients what the issue (illness) is and the treatment option(s). He listens intently and makes it a point to make you feel like more than just a number. He takes his time with you without wasting your time! Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor I ever had; the only one that I trust blindly. After a lifetime of very bad experiences with medical doctors, I was blessed with having him as my primary physician.

Dr. Nguyen is through, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Surprisingly, he called my father directly to provide test results and his healthcare plan moving forward. I completely trust Dr. Nguyen with my father's healthcare needs. He is AWESOME!!!

Dr. Tung Nguyen is beyond exceptional. A very caring patient doctor. Always makes you feel comfortable and answers all questions and concerns. Can help and suggest ways to really improve your overall health. Great Doctor!

Called me a liar for trying to refill a prescription. The problem was that he was looking at an old patient database and didn't see my name. Still, he automatically went to me lying to get the prescription refilled even though it's heart medicine that can be found in rat poison. Why would I lie for that?? Then Dr Gearhard's office only wanted to back up the doctor even though he was in the wrong. All for a drug that has no street use or value. Called me a liar for trying to refill a prescription. Dr. Nguyen has always been friendly, frank and direct. I highly recommend him.

I've seen Dr. Nguyen four times now although Dr. Gearhard is my regular doctor. I like Dr. Nguyen, and feel very safe in seeing him when Dr. G. is booked up. Dr. N is easy to talk with, explains things thoroughly, and likes to involve me in the decisions about medicines, etc.

Doctor Nguyen was very thorough, honest and informative. Took the extra time to answer questions and seemed very committed to helping his patients. Not like most doctors that rush to get you out the door.
