At first she was great. Then I learned she does unnecessary procedures mainly on those with medicaid. Kids go in for caps and come out with more stuff done (lip ties, tongue ties, etc) without first going out to get consent from the parents. Ever heard of gross negligence? And also calls CPS on people that miss appointments. My son was supposed to go to McAllister today for caps for 8 cavities but after hearing MULTIPLE horror stories I didn't trust him to come out with just caps (on top of throwing up in the middle of the night). He was taken to a different dentist this morning that only seen TWO cavities. Other than that the other dentist said his teeth were fine. At first she was great. Been going to Dr T sense I was a kid and my son will go to her when it’s his time the staff in the back is great never felt more at home

They were fantastic with my kids, and my husband will continue to take them there, but I am never going back myself. I had a traumatic dental experience as a child. I made that clear to them when I scheduled the appointment, and again when I got there. And at first everything was cool. But in the end, this is MY mouth, and my needs and wishes were ignored, and now I have an anxiety attack every time they try to call me about my next appointment. Dr Duncan and everyone at Antlers Family dental are very professional. My son has Autism and they do an amazing job of accommodating his sensory issues. They treat him with respect and modify the way they do his cleanings and dental work so he is comfortable and always looking forward to going to the dentist! He has had 2 oral surgeries here and still likes coming back! Their office and children’s playroom are clean, bright and cheery. I love that they have iPads available to keep my son occupied. I drive an hour and a half to use Antlers Family Dental even though we have several local offices nearby. Definitely would 100% 5 star recommend . If your baby has lip tie or tongue tie this is the place to go!! We highly recommend Dr. Twana and all of her staff!! It’s definitely worth the 2hr drive! Dr. Twana and her sweet hygienist Angie took amazing care of our 1 week old and her lip tie and tongue tie! She uses a laser and it’s a very quick easy procedure. They swaddled her up and She loved on our girl and talked to her the whole time to soothe her! And then brought her back for me to feed her immediately after. She didn’t seem like she was any pain after and we can already tell a big difference in her latch! We can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Twana and her staff! Dr. Duncan and her team are AMAZING with kiddos. By far the best medical appointment my toddler has ever had. They take their time, explain what they are doing, and are considerate of the children's feelings. Dr. Duncan also uses state-of-the art and evidence-based practices. When another provider told me to leave my child's tongue tie because it would eventually break on its own when he fell or hit his face playing (scary!), Dr. Duncan discussed the risks and benefits with me of using laser to correct it, as opposed to the old school clipping method. The best dentist around! Friendly staff and gentle compassionate care. They really do wonderful with kids as well and do some of the best dental work around. Highly recommended if you need a great dentist.

Clean facility. Nice doctor, I really liked her. Grumpy older ladies in the back. Had a nasty tone when speaking to the kids, bosy and rude. Expected my kids to know, what they wanted them to do, without telling them. They made my kids fell uncomfterble and not want to come back. Been here twice and been called back over an hour after my appointment! I drove over an hour to get here, have and hour drive home, I don't want to sit in your waitting room for another hour. Oh and my kid is being put under for dental work hasent eaten since lastnight (because she can't eat after midnight) she is 9. Her appointment was at 12, here it is after 1! I have been going to Antlers family dentistry for over a year and have recently started receiving orthodontic work! My children have also started going there and they are amazing with them! Highly recommended for a family dentist! They also have an amazing play room for the kids!

Hands down best Dentist & staff! I'm one of those kind of people that hate the dentist, but I love going to Dr T. So do my girls. She really caters to the kids! Very professional and clean, her staff is just as wonderful as she is! They make you feel like family.

We love Dr. Duncan and all her staff! They are all great with my kids. I am so thankful they work with cleft paitents. If we didn't have them, we would have to travel further for my son. Well worth the 45 min drive for us.

Mrs Duncan was so nice! Her staff was amazing, and the playroom was awesome. Tv playing a movie, tablets on the wall, my daughter was begging to go back!

She is a wonderful clinician and has been very professional and loving towards the children in her care. I trust her and her staff to provide the best dental care at a competitive and affordable cost for my entire family. My son is deaf and slightly autistic, she always spends the extra time he needs to feel comfortable and Dr. Twana can sign with him so he trusts her and looks forward to his appointments. Her staff is always friendly and willing to work out insurance issues and payment plans.
