Excellent Professional experience with everyone from Dr Watters and staff

I highly recommend Dr. Watters, he made sure that I understood treatment and medical condition explaining on each visit steps to follow. It was also a pleasure to deal with Ms. Monike, his clinical assistant.

My whole experience with Raleigh Ortho and Dr. Watters has been very positive and professional from pre-op, to Post-Op, and rehab. I would certainly use him again should the need arise.

Dr. Watters was kind and thorough when explaining the details of the surgery. My procedure went extremely well and recovery was easy.

kind and patient, he listens and SEES you as a person not just another slab of meat. He takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommended and I've seen my fair share of orthopedists in the past 2 years(9 now), Dr Watters is one of the best I've had experience with.

Very nice visit with friendly and professional demeanor ! He explained my problem to me and we discussed options for now and into the future. Had a slight issue with insurance approval ; he personally got involved and helped solve the problem that allowed me to get injections while there thus saving me another trip. He listened and answered all my questions without seeming to be in a hurry. Highly recommend Dr Watters

The BEST experience! Dr. Watters SHOWS me wha the problem is. He never pushed me into surgery, gave me immediate relief and then non-surgery options. He understood my family commitments and was available when I was ready for surgery. Easiest and super outcome for my hip replacement! Very little pain - especially compared to my neighbors who had replacements elsewhere. Great staff experience!! Very effective organization!!

Dr Watters has seen my for both my right and left knees. He was very gentle and explained what was going on. He offered a solution both time - one a shot and the other a brace.

Dr. Watters provided me with outstanding medical services. He was patient, spending the time to hear my medical history, adjusting his surgical procedures to accommodate those issues, and following up with exceptional care. He and his staff were supportive and encouraging throughout a long recovery period. I am very grateful for the return of my mobility and highly recommend Dr. Watters and the services of Raleigh Orthopaedics.

Very impressed with my first visit to Raleigh Orthopedics - Found that Dr Watters was very easy to talk with and he explained my options for knee treatment so well. Very pleasant office visit and his staff offered professional and friendly customer service.

From initial diagnosis to treatment, to presurgical planning, to surgery, physical therapy, and final release; every aspect of this practice - especially the people - were top notch. 99% of all appointments began and ended on time. The facilities are modern and spotless. The folks at the medical office and surgery center were professional & respectful, and it was obvious they cared. Dr. Watters is extremely approachable and caring. I have no hesitation in recommending him !

Everyone was very nice. Appointment was on time no waiting. The doctor was personable and precise giving me all my options for treatment. There was no pressure one way or the other. And the option I chose was administered in a timely manner. I am glad I chose to see this doctor and I will be continuing with him in the future.

Dr. Watters listens carefully when I talk about my health issues and gives me clear explanations and alternatives to consider. He is sincere in his empathy for my health and my life issues that affect my health plan. He and his staff are very accommodating to get me appointments quickly. I feel like I am in good hands with him and his staff.

Dr. Watters and his team (Maggie and Jordan) were super!! Dr. Watters provided a detailed overview of the surgery and what I would expect post surgery. Dr. Watters and his team supported me through the entire procedure with genuine care and professionalism.

Dr. Watters is an excellent surgeon. He did my left knee replacement and straightening last February,and is doing my right knee this spring. I am very pleased with how my left knee turned out. I highly recommend him.

Dr Watters was recommended to me by Physicians I work with and the VA orthopedic clinic for a hip replacement. They're recommendations were spot on! Dr Watters is a confident, intelligent surgeon who was super to work with. He makes eye contact, listens, tells you like it is then backs it all up with great outcomes! I followed his instructions but honestly felt like I could get around with a cane after 4-5 days. PT had me drop my cane by the third week...truly incredible considering how long I waited to get the repair. Thank you Dr Watters and your team; they were all outstanding!

I had both knees replaced. Dr Watters could not have done a better job if he wanted to. I am so happy. I feel so good. I can not thank D. Watters enough. I love his patient interaction. He's the best. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Watters is amazing. In 2017 he did a complete hip replacement revision surgery on my wife who had been in pain from the original surgery for a couple years. No other surgeon was willing to take on her case. Then this past December he did a hip replacement on her other hip. She has had a great recovery and is walking around and able to do a anything she wants to pain free. She is excited for spring to get her so she is about to ride her pink motorcycle. I can’t think of anything better to say about him then he is an amazing surgeon!

Super knowledgeable! He knows his stuff. Got an appropriate diagnosis and helpful treatment plan that is already getting me a step toward recovery. Wish had allowed a little more time for questions.

Absolutely the best surgeon ever! Knee replacement was wonderful

Doctor Watters is the best. My knee replacement turned out excellent. It is so great to be able to dance and hike again . Plus he is always very pleasant and personable and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. Very grateful.

Great visit!

Very efficient. We were taken back on time and the triage nurse was super patient as she got the information from my mom who has Alzheimer’s. We were immediately taken to X-ray and then seen by Dr. Watters. He too was so patient with Mom. He explained to both of us in laymen’s terms about her problem and offered solutions. His PA was very sweet and gentle while injecting both of my mom’s knees. She explained everything for us to expect.

Awesome Doctor. Very concerned about your well-being great bedside manner. He did my total knee replacement and did a great job scar is hardly noticeable. I will definitely use Doctor Watters for my other knee.

Great experience from beginning to completion. Check In was efficient and smooth with 3 extremely nice ladies at desk. Equally nice when checking out. Interior staff equally nice and Dr. Watters was great and appeared to know exactly what I needed. PA gave me an IA steroid injection. I was scared and she made it painless. Have been going to this group for nearly 20 years. Seen several of their different specialists. Operations and PT. All great. In today to see Dr. Watters for my knee, repeat visit. This was my 2nd hip replacement with Dr. Watters. Just like the 1st surgery it went extremely well. Dr. Watters and his staff are top notch.

I am new to the area and had to find a new Doctor, I am fortunate to have chosen Dr. Watters. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I've been dealing with a work comp issue/hip. Dr Watters is the 5th doc I've seen (already had 1 surgery elsewhere) He was the first doctor that honestly listened and heard me, he took the time to explain everything and reassure me when no one else has. He spent an hour with me, talking through my options and recommending I see an even more specialized specialist. I truly appreciate his honesty and empathy, I haven't had any of that so far. I wish he'd been able to help me at this point, I felt more comfortable with him than any of the other surgeons

My visit today with Dr Watters was fabulous as were all my previous visits. He recognizes that as a yoga teacher& massage therapist I am familiar with anatomy so he talks with me & shares information in a way that respects my knowledge. He also demonstrates a caring attitude.

Dr Watters what a great Doctor.He is always so polite and friendly had a knee replacement done.He explained from start to finish what he would be doing.If you have to have a knee our hip replacement done he is the doctor to see

I am 6 weeks post total hip replacement and am so grateful to Dr Watters and team. Professional, experienced, Knowledgeable, patient and kind. The best!

I had a great knee surgery which was performed by Dr. Watters. It has been about a year since my surgery and I'm back 100%. It took a while to get the hamstrings back in shape to climb stairs and inclines, but I am able to do that now. I have no pain and my strength continues to improve with constant work.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Watters. My hip replacement was very smooth, with almost no pain. Recovery was fast! I was walking with a cane at 2 weeks and feeling great and walking easily at 5 weeks. Highly recommended.

Yes. He always takes time to answer questions

I’m am shocked that he received so many positive reviews. He told me I had arthritis and sent me home with this contraption that you put on to your leg which was suppose to help with the pain. It did absolutely nothing to help. I went to a different orthopedic who said that this thing would do nothing to help. Got an injection instead. Maybe Dr. Watters is great for knee replacement but I would stay away from him. Money making devices they have right in their office.
