Dr. Uma Mannava

Worst experience I've ever had with a psychiatrist. Incredibly dismissive and judgmental. I came here for my immense struggles with adhd, she tried to force antidepressants on me, and when I requested a different approach other than antidepressants or stimulants, she gave me an ultimatum telling me I could take the antidepressants or she'd refer me to a different Dr. I asked her to refer me to a different Dr then since she refused to talk to me about other options that obviously exist. After this I was told I'd receive a call about an appointment with a new dr, instead, I had received a call from my therapist. Dr. Mannava assumed I wanted Adderal, told the director of the mental health clinic I was going to for therapy this false information, and got me removed. After explaining to the clinic the situation they chalked it up to a big misunderstanding and gave me the option of continuing to go for therapy which I declined. What Dr Mannava did and how she treated me was disgusting.
