Staff was nice, but I’m there so see the doc. And she was rude and inconsiderate. Had long nails when she new she had to do an exam. Super uncomfortable and staff would walk in mid exam allowing the door to open and close while my body was facing in that direction. I could say more, but the point is, I don’t recommend her at all.

I went to her many years ago when I lived in California. I was told she was one of the best gynecologist in Bakersfield. I didn’t have an amazing experience with her. She was always gone for many appointments out of the country so I had to see a substitute doctor during my pregnancy. When I first learned I was pregnant and went to her for my first pregnancy appointment she said, “this is what happens when you don’t take your birth control.” She is very judgmental and cold in her greetings. I didn’t want to be treated like that for my first pregnancy. She wanted to induce me just because I went a few days over my due date. Thank God my baby came a few days before that date. When my delivery came she was out of the country, Dr. John Owens delivered my baby and he was amazing. Dr. Jamaluddin didn’t want to deliver me at Memorial hospital because she wouldn’t get her full pay and wanted me to deliver at KMC hospital that doesn’t have a good reputation. Dr. John owens had his nurse call during labor at home, and say it’s okay to deliver at memorial hospital. I was so grateful. I loved Dr. Owens. Dr jamaluddin years after my pregnancy I was having really bad pelvic pain. She ignored me and wouldn’t look into the matter further. I went to another gynecologists who agreed to do laparoscopic surgery. Just as I suspected I had endometriosis. I would NOT recommend Dr jamaluddin whatsoever!!

The Dr is always very helpful with answering any questions. Staff is nice and the office is always clean

I have been coming to Jamaluddin For so many years now She's always there for me and my family Every time we have a problem she takes her time sits down with me / us And always make sure she gets to the bottom of it and solves it I wouldn't change her for any other doctor! She did numerous surgeries on me from Tying my tubes,, Removing my ovarie, And many more surgeries on me that I need it .. She is also my Daughter's O.B.G.Y.N she has delivered my grandson 5 years ago and just recently last month delivered my beautiful granddaughter❤️ So for those of you that are looking for a good Doctor I definitely recommend Jamaluddin ???? I love Dr. Jamaluddin. I've been going here since 2012. If im worried about a female health issue, as soon as I talk to Dr. Jamaluddin all of my stress is gone. She has many years of experience as a Gynecologist, and she is spoken of very highly by other doctors around Bakersfield. Martha (Office Manager) and the rest of the staff members are always kind, respectful and prompt to address your concerns. And doing so in a very professional manner. I would be lost without Dr. Jamaluddin. I highly recommend her. For all of your female health needs. I love Dr. Jamaluddin. I've been going here since 2012. I have been coming to this office for over 25 years. Will never go to anyone else the office staff the nurses the doctor treat you like family. I have never felt discriminated or awkward or like they didn't have any time for me they are always so very friendly and genuinely happy to see you. I cannot imagine anybody else taking care of my health my daughter's health or the birth of my children or my grandchildren I cannot begin to praise the staff and the office manager and the medical assistance and the receptionist they are the ones that are the front of a doctor's office and that make you feel so welcome and cared about with genuine questions about your family and how your day is going. And the doctor so amazing when she comes in love beautiful smile and always remember my name and what we've done and what we've gone through and explains to me step by step what's going to happen and what we need to do. if i could put 0 stars i would she is the absolute worst doctor. i just found a new doctor and they told me everything she did wrong. she gave me a pap at 19 years old which by the way made me feel so uncomfortable in every way on purpose. she didn’t discuss anything about my pregnancy like what meds i can take things i can and can’t do she didn’t discuss any payments what so ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely no bed side manner. Disrespectful, homophobic, racist, and a disgrace to our community.

I waited over an hour, though I was early. Dr. Jamaluddin was friendlier than in the past. She’s a very good doctor, but her bedside manner can be rude.

I have been a patient of Dr Jamaluddin for 45 years. I always feel that my good health is important to her. She is thorough and professional.

I went there twice! Never again. The staff make it their goal to make you uncomfortable. They act like it causes them excruciating pain to talk to you. They don't explain why they are performing a certain medical procedure. They scare you into thinking something is wrong. Worst experience ever.

TERRIBLE go else where to find professionalis. The primary gynecologist was incredibly rude and was in no way helpful. She told my wife to lose weight while pregnant. Also conducted numerous scans and other such unnecessary procedures while scaring my wife in to thinking she had cancer and never submitted any paperwork to our insurance. I went to Dr. Jamaluddin about 25 years ago and now have a beautiful 21 year old daughter. I was 37 at the time and god had my girl at 39 years of age! I tried 22 years to get pregnant and her and finally my husband helped me get pregnant. We’ve been going to dr Jamaluddin for over 30 years. She delivered 5 of our children and our kids now are taking their wives to her. We trust her professionalism and sound advice. She is the best in her class. Very well aquatinted with her work. Of course, she doesn’t pamper her patients, but she does the best job and that’s what really matters. Worst doctor ever!!

The worst. Gynecologist doesn’t know how to speak to her patients. She was rude right from the start. Never again

Took my friend. She was asked to identify her religious affiliations, told she should stop her periods. In Islam, menstrual cycles are considered unclean. She said the staff was extremely rude and cold. For three weeks after the appointment she was called repeatedly by "men with middle eastern accents," from different numbers. I told her to block them and I called the numbers. Nobody would tell me the name of the organization or the location. They just said medical study over and over again. My friend was a minor at the time. I informed them it is illegal to solicit a minor for a medical study in this country and I got hung up on.... Took my friend. I have been seeing Dr. Jamaluddin for many years and have no issues at all. She has always been attentive and professional. With that being said, her nurse Nasreen needs to learn manners. She is always rude and the last time told me she was not going to re-order the refill for the medication as I had not been in to see the doctor. What people don't realize is that circumstances such as a lack of insurance and financial constraints prevent patients from going to the doctor. Needless to say, I was very upset and made it clear that rude behavior would not be tolerated, as the doctor herself has never been rude, ever. Don't go to her if your over 250 lb. I falt discriminated when they told me that they can't see me because I was a few lbs over there weight limit. She would be a shame of her self.

she does not deserve a damn star! she nearly killed me. she ripped my damn colon when took uterus out and did not check before closing me up. Fired her and hired john owens is the bestest. I would not recommend her to anyone. She has terrible bed side manner and didn't tell me hardly anything. I live in Tehachapi and she hardly ever goes to her Tehachapi office. I was with her for 30 weeks of my pregnancy and visited her Tehachapi office once. She gave me bare minimum care. I was so upset at her poor service and unwillingness to answer my questions that I switched after 30 weeks. My due date changed after my 20 week ultrasound and she wouldn't tell me anything. Do NOT recommend.
