Very professional and caring. Never disappointed with my dental care.

The hygienist Jill is outstanding. She explains what she is about to do, she encourages, she does a wonderful job, and is very caring and professional.

Very pleasant office. My appointment was right on time. Everyone is proficient and works well together.

Dr Fetlik is Awsum, gentil touch and great at her job.Her staff is great as well, friendly and caring, Love this dental practice.I would recommend it to everyone ????

Dr. Firlik and Jill were wonderful. Our first visit there and they were so great with my little ones making them feel comfortable and relaxed. Love the attention and how much they cared about discussing treatment plans and explaining the process.

I love it here. The staff is amazingly friendly, and Dr. Firlik does an excellent job. I am so happy I found this place, and highly recommend it.

Dr. Firlik and her team are great professionals. The office is very clean and the staff ready to help. I recommend her dentist office for a dental appointment.

I have always hated going to the dentist but I love going to Dr Firlik’s office! She definitely makes the dental experience a pleasant one. My kids LOVE going to see Miss Jill to get their teeth cleaned. This office is really a great place to go.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Dr. Firlik and staff are so nice and the office is beautiful and super clean. Dr. Firlik is extremely knowledgeable, does a thorough exam, and is great at explaining everything. I was scared to try another dentist after a bad experience but everything done was gentle and pain free. Also, for the first time after 2 1/2 months of dealing with painful TMJ with an oral surgeon, family doctor, and physical therapist I am confident I finally found the person to help me in Dr. Firlik. So grateful! I wish I could give 10 stars. Dr. Firlik and staff are so nice and the office is beautiful and super clean. Dr. Firlik and staff have been caring for me and my children from adolescence to adulthood. The service provided is reliable and caring. Thank you for taking such good care of my family all these years.

Staff is all friendly and Dr. Firlik is knowledgeable and kind. We had such a great experience, especially with our kids, they loved Ashley and felt comfortable letting her clean their teeth! She’s great and the whole staff was very welcoming!

Due to an insurance foul up and Dr. Firlik's aggressive treatment plan, I was sent a bill for $775 which I could not pay. She is taking me to court for that paltry amount, despite the fact that the average Rockford dentist makes over $180,000 per year. I am disabled and live on a fixed income. I also went through a foreclosure. She ought to be ashamed. I was warned too late that all she cares about is money, and now I see that is true. Avoid this dentist at all costs.
