I’m a doctor myself. These are good folk here. Knowledgeable, thorough and caring, and also just nice people to boot. You should choose them - Doctor’s Orders!

My husband was having problems with pain and called Hebron Family Dentistry. He got an appointment the same day. They were very helpful and friendly and made a plan to get him in good dental shape. Highly recommend.

Sarah and Valerie were such a pleasure to have gotten dental work and guidance from. I enjoyed myself and was always informed what was coming next and how I should proceed. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Dr. Watson and her staff are amazing. Our family feels very safe and well taken care of in the office. My kids look forward to their dentist appointments, and one even asked to go on her birthday!

Been going here a little less than a year but appreciate all the detail they share when I go in for dental work. The doctor is very conservative with dental decisions, doesn't do unnecessary work, which makes her trustworthy to me. When I had a filling last year, they did pretty quick work compared to my last dentist, and the dental assistant seemed very experienced.

The whole team is very friendly and helpful. They offered me an earlier appointment to fill in a cancelation, as I asked, even after I had turn down two prior offers do to business travel out-of-town. The staff explained the initial visit process very well and answered all my questions completely to my ability to understanding. They conducted a very comprehensive examination and documented the findings with various scans, including several x-rays and photos. The subsequent cleaning process was quite thorough. They were meticulous. Ashley, the dental assistant (forgive me if the title is not accurate) was efficient, kind, and did her best to make comfortable throughout all the procedures. The dentist (Valerie), has a great bedside manner. She explained several potential problems and reasonable options for treatment. I've had mixed experiences with different dentists in the past, including problematic and good. But clearly this was my absolutely best dental experience ever. I highly recommend Hebron Family to everyone I care about, as well as anyone I meet who expresses the desire to find more than a Dentist, but discover a Great Dental Health Experience. Truly, Dale

Staff was excellent. Had Ashley as my hygienist. Dr Watson was so professional and true to her service. Front office was so helpful. But I forgot to get name.

I went in for a general clearing. Everything went very smoothly. Extremely friendly staff and no waiting. So happy to find a great dentist.

BE ON GUARD WITH THIS DENTAL PRATICE! I have always had good teeth and enjoyed going to the dentist. I moved here from Michigan and started with a dentist I truly liked but they suddenly stopped accepting our insurance so I had to switch to Hebron Family Dentistry. On my very first visit with Dr. Watson, she told me I have 8 cavities, 4 that needed to be filled immediately. I was surprised by this considering my past dental history so I got a second opinion. Guess what? They said I had ZERO CAVITIES! I also live in a large sub where on a Facebook post about dentists, many others expressed a similar experience with Dr Watson. So be warned, they try to lie about the health of your teeth for their own profit. I seriously don't know how they can ethically get away with this! BE ON GUARD WITH THIS DENTAL PRATICE! Dr. Valerie Watson and her team are very thorough. She found a couple of spots that had deteriorated to a point of concern for her during routine cleaning. Due to a cancellation, they were able to complete the fillings in the same evening visit.

Dr. Watson and her team are super friendly and professional! I’m not a fan of dental procedures, but they make me feel comfortable and calm!

I really enjoy this office! The doctor is very thorough and explains everything very well. Tammy at the front is exceptional. She is not only good at what she does but she is also funny and made sure I knew all of my insurance details. I had a small balance and she made sure to explain what was going on. Pros: The entire team is very nice including the dentist (Dr. Watson). They seem very authentic and I appreciate that. I had two old cavities removed and new put it--Dr. Watson took her time and her technique was good. Cons: They left a piece of styrofoam in my gums and I was too numb to feel it. It wasn't communicated to me that it was in there so I almost fell asleep with it and since I was numb I didn't know it was there. I legit freaked out when I saw it coming out of my mouth after brushing that night because I had no idea anything was in my mouth and thought my filling was falling out. Ha! Not only that, I felt so much better once it fell out--if I knew it was in there, I would have removed it after about 1.5-2 hrs instead of feeling uncomfortable for hours. And to think, I could have fallen asleep with it! Please communicate something that important in the future. It's okay to leave it so I don't bite down while numb--but it must be communicated. The other area for improvement is for Dr. Watson to communicate where she is in the process. It would have been helpful to know when we are halfway through the procedure or toward the end, for example. Or to explain the next steps as she was going through the procedure. --> Overall, I am glad I gave this team a chance and am willing to continue going there because maybe this was just an off day (plus late in the day). I like this dentist office! It's not easy finding a good dentist. This is a good dentist office. I moved away 2 years ago. I make the trip back to Hebron to go to this dentist, that's how good they are.

Dr Watson and her staff are always kind, compassionate and efficient. I feel well taken care of and my needs and concerns are always met. Their office is super clean, too.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. They make sure you're comfortable for the entire visit. I recently switched to this practice due to proximity to my home, but I will definitely be a return patient.

Well everything was ok untill an appointment was set up for my son at a place she said and we did not go because i set up an appointment with another place for my son and she called CPS. That was not right at all. I will call the BBB and the board on this. This should never happen to anyone. Now to find a lawyer.

I went in for an initial cleaning instead I received an evaluation and consultation stating I need upwards of $10,000 of dental work. I last saw my previous dentist 6 months ago and there was no mention of all this "work" I now need. At the end of the consultation I was told my time had passed with the hygienist and I would have to reschedule. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. This business is extremely professional, kind, and made sure to answer any questions. I also felt extremely satisfied with their safety protocols: a hand sanitizer at the from of the office to use upon entering, masks, car check-in were all in place.

I had an accident years ago and subsequently I now have a medical situation that causes me to seriously grind or clinch my teeth. Hence, I knew that my teeth were in bad shape; however, after all the prep work (IE X-RAYS) Ms. Watson came in and started doing the exam - she called out lots of things and the proceeded to give me details and what options I had. We talked for a while and came up with a plan for tackling my teeth issues. She was fully aware of the costs and broke up my visits so that I was not hit with huge expenses. I have never had a dentist work with me, shuffling things around to come up with multiple visits that I can schedule when I have the funds. Her and her staff never once made me feel like I was second rate because I had let my teeth go so long without treatment.
