Absolutely astonishing how unprofessional a person holding his title can be. When speaking with his staff about Tricare coverage he abruptly entered the room and grabbed his receptionist’s phone hung up with the office manager and stated they won’t argue with anyone about how they’ve run the business for 10 years. This I’m sure has been clearly unchecked behavior.

Dr. Hardman and his office do a good job and are very nice. My wife and I have been very happy with him and his eye care. The office is very convenient if you work at Redstone or Marshall - it's where the old Burger King was by the PX. The online appointment calendar is really handy. The glasses shop next door has a good selection, very nice staff who give good advice on style, and have good prices. Dr. Van Hardman has enormous patience to ensure the accuracy of the tests that result in a prescription for eyeglasses. He was cordial, courteous, and knowledgeable.
