Office staff, hygienist and dentist were all absolutely wonderful! I have never had anyone take the time to fully explain the x-rays and details of what they are looking for in those x-rays. Glad to have found a dentist I am comfortable with!

Very professional, prompt, and friendly. All the staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Matos is great and explains things about your dental health well. The facility is the cleanest dentist office I’ve been in and follows COVID protocols sufficiently. I recommend this dentist office if you need to find good oral care in Lancaster County.

It wasn't hard to see why this practice has such good reviews! Miranda and Vanessa were the best dental caretakers I've had in my life. We'll be back!!

I had a great experience. I was very apprehensive about a new dentist after the Dentist I had for over 35+ yrs no longer accepts my insurance. She was very friendly and put me at ease! Thank you

Clean, comfortable facility; Friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable staff. They’ve been maintaining and cleaning my teeth for years. I’m grateful to them for the ability to enjoy any and all of the foods I enjoy…I highly recommend them!

After being absolutely terrified and almost not showing up, I had the best experience imaginable here. I had not been to the dentist in 18 years. I knew I was experiencing major dental and gum health issues (a fracture, cavities, and gingivitis) and never previously had a good experience with dental offices, so I just stopped going. I made the appointment via e-mail correspondence with Brittany. I have anxiety, so that made mustering up the courage a little easier. Brittany was very nice and professional. The day of my appointment, I was very anxious and considered canceling. I literally cried the entire way to the office. I drove around the parking lot trying to find the sign for the office several times. Miranda walked outside and waved so I could find it. Miranda is the shining start of this review. Miranda noticed how frightened I was and how tentative I was about treatment and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Miranda had me talking, learning about dental hygiene and even LAUGHING in almost no time. Miranda was polite, professional, and incredibly compassionate and caring. It is apparent she loves what she does and sincerely cares about her patients. I am so grateful for her in this experience. Doctor Matos came in and looked at my mouth and gave me a treatment plan. Great service and they really do a thorough job when working on my teeth if there is a problem they get me back in as soon as possible and fix it.

First time with Dr. Matos to do a root canal- she and the assistant Kristi did an awesome job- both knew what they had to do to take care of my tooth- Brittany did an awesome job making sure that insurance was taken care of- 4 hours since I left the office and NO PAIN AT ALL- Thank you to everyone there- I definitely have a new fulltime dentist!!!! Dr. Matos and her staff are awesome. They have all the safety precautions in place and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I would 100% recommend Dr. Matos.

Have been going there for many years. Really pleased with the staff and their efforts to make me feel comfortable. They go to great lengths to make sure the office is clean and the new checkout area is beautiful.

I switched to this office from Scott Creisher's because of the insurance changes recently and I really enjoyed my visit. Everyone was very friendly, and it was also very pleased with all of the additional safety and cleaning procedures that were being followed. I will definitely be continuing my care with this office.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Matos and had a wonderful experience. The office is very clean and organized! My hygienist was great and very thorough and explained everything. My teeth feel great! Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful! Def a great office!
