Had eye exam and got new glasses, so strong I couldn’t see anything, so I went back and was told I had cataracts do she refers me to Dr. Gregory in Middlebury , I don’t have bad cataracts and Dr. Sobel gave me wrong glasses because of astigmatism not cataracts so had to redo glasses, and when I picked them back I got this cheap clear plastic case and not the nice one I had before. I am not a patient of Dr Sobel’s and needed to see a doctor for a problem with my eye. Dr Sobel fit me into her busy schedule immediately. She was very nice and professional and explained the issue clearly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her or Mary.

I was seen on time which I appreciated because I hate wasting time sitting and waiting. Dr. Sobel was very businesslike and thorough. She was also very accommodating.

Thank you Dr Sobel for your friendly and efficient service. Dr Sobel was professional, and listened to my concerns. She addressed my concerns and provided information about what she found during my examination.

I visited Vered Sobel for my annual eye exam. This was my first visit to her practice, Rutland Eye Physicians. Sobel told me should could not check medical and vision acuity in the same visit as this was not allowed by my insurance company. This was after I told her my concerns with floaters and black spots in my vision. I've had the same insurance for years and always had a comprehensive exam (visual acuity and medical) in the same visit. I also was not pleased by the quality of the exam. The total time in her office was 14 minutes, and half of that time was spent with her entering my medications and supplements into the computer. She did not inquire about my reading or computer habits.

Dr. Sobel spent a total of 14 minutes with me. Half of that time was spent with her entering my 2 medications and 4 vitamins into the computer. She did not ask about medical history or computer use. She also told me that my insurance didn't cover medical in the same visit as prescription which isn't the case. I will not be returning.

I’ve also gotten glasses there twice now and it only took two weeks maximum . Never had a bad experience there and an office shouldn’t get a low review based on order time. Dr Sobel is wonderful and professional and the place is clean and has a great selection of frames

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this place. First time was 6 years ago and it took almost 8 weeks. They tell you 3 to 4 weeks and it never is. Same exact thing happened when I ordered a pair in April. I wish they would just be honest in the first place. Then I call to find out when they will be in and I get an attitude by them every time.
