Very kind caring Dr. And staff. He is the reason I am still living. I don't have the words to explain how happy I am that he is in charge of my treatment. I thank God for him and his staff.

Dr.Patel is the best Dr. I have ever met...he is truely a life force for my husband and myself...My PTSD & the pain from the cancer I have is enough to handle in itself....He's the only one that truley seemed to understand that one feeds the other. ....Especially with my fears I've carried since a traumatic event early on in my life. ..So thank you ,Dr.patel for being there for me...your assistants...staff& CT techs.they all play an important part ...just think when your having a bad day....just one kind word is all it may take....to help someone like me live to see another day in a whole different light...???????? This man had no comparison, told my husband to man up. No matter how many times I said he could not walk he continued to sell us on treatment that he could not do. He showed us his pet scan and what type of cancer, but never said he was in the late stages of his cancer. And the only way we knew that was I asked for a copy of his scan result. Four day later we had to call Hospice in when I called to cancel treatment he call me back and said he could get him to walk. My husband died 3 day later. Great doctor

Dr. Patel was the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve moved from Florida and have genuinely considered traveling for the level of care him and his team provides. Having been mistreated by Mayo Clinic, he was personable, caring, and informative at all of my visits. He cares about his patients and it shows.

I have seen Dr Patel a few time and I would trust him with my life. He is a very kind caring Dr.

Caring, and determined to try,what ever it takes to give, more life to his patients.. And not,just strow his hands up & gives up...He,Understands my pain& Anxiety.. Goes hand& hand.. Now,I've been in his..since 2017...in,my last stage.. I,know if at all....He,will do what he can,to keep me from,suffering.... As,He told my husband & myself ..first the,we met him,My husband& myself.. He,promised..He,wouldn't let me ,Suffer. Which,gave me hope..thanks Doc..

I have been a patient of Dr Patel for just about a year. Dr Patel has worked with me with treatment on my throat cancer and now with my colon cancer. I could not be more pleased or more comfortable with a doctor as I am with Doctor Patel. Everyone who has been with me..Dr Patel's nurses and all the caregivers here at Florida Cancer Center has been personable and very super and understanding of what they know I am are going through. I think of everyone of them as extended family

He is very easy to talk to and answers any and all questions.

I am a recent UF grad working in Gainesville, I had a seizure in church. I was found to have cancer, I asked everyone in town and at my church, they all said the same thing, 'go see Dr Vijay Patel, HE IS THE BEST!!' They were right! He completely cured my cancer and it should never come back again! I am back to singing in my church choir and tell everyone about this amazing man who saved my life!! Great bedside manner, incredibly smart, and really fun to talk to!!

Explained my cancer, multiple myeloma. His PA explained the bone marrow biopsy.

Dr Patel is not only compassionate, he is also highly intelligent. Not to mention on top of every new life saving medication, treatment(s),and clinical trial(s). During a time when a cure means EVERYTHING,. you will not find a better physician,friend,and ally.

Dr PATEL is the best doctor I have ever been to and I am 70 years old. He explains things so you are able to understand. When I left his office I felt like I understood things and he treated me like family...even gave me a hug. He puts you at ease and at this stage of life there is nothing better.

Our family had a horrible appointment with Dr. Patel. He spent less than 15 minutes with us, discouraged questions and became irritated when we mentioned getting a second opinion. He was arrogant, not compassionate, not friendly nor engaged with prolonging the life of our loved one. We did get a second opinion with a physician who spent 2 hours with us and showed us what real healthcare is.
