Extraordinary doctor and staff! Pain reducing care and greater mobility now!

The fact that this con artist Vinay Reddy is still in practise just tells you how well-versed he is of the system to run his clinic like a fast food joint.

it was the worst experience we ever had in our life with Surekha Reddy, MD, she basically killed my mother. she stopped the medication for my mom who had take it for over ten years. Surekha Reddy, MD did a wrong diagnosis and it confirmed with at least 8 other doctors that my mom shouldn't take from her medication right away. That caused my mom choked few days later and hospitalized several times and she is dying in front of us every day. she is not even respond to ER when they call her. An atrocity of pain management. Sought out the office for WC spine injury, post fusion. NP Patricia McCarthy was worthless. No plan of action even at my urging. No offer of any procedure, (injections, ablations, TENS). McCarthy does not understand chronic pain, (I don't think she wants to understand) and therefore is inequipped to treat it. McCarthy's notes that were reported to WC were so far from the facts that she must have confused patients. McCarthy obviously would not read my chart before seeing me because she was oblivious on up-to-date facts / treatments. The office absolutely will NOT prescribe any opiate pain medication, regardless of pain level. Unfortunately, McCarthy lumps her patients all into one category 'Pill Seekers' and does nothing to learn from the patient. I was introduced to Dr. Reddy at first appointment, and never saw him again in two years. I could not make an appointment to see the doctor, only Nurse Practitioner McCarthy. Just another doctors office making money off the workers compensation system without providing ANY treatment for the patient. I found another WC doctor, whom after asking the appropriate questions, determined I was easily a candidate for pain meds, occasional sleep meds, and referred me for injections on the first visit. I rec'd a cortisone injection from Dr. Reddy in my lower back for sciatic nerve pain. So far so good. 1st time I've ever had an injection for the sciatic nerve but instead I've suffered with the pain for 22 years. I'm happy today and will be getting more as needed. Great office and staff. I see Patty McCarthy monthly and she's not only a qualified care giver but she cares about her patients. My hat is off to Patty for recommending this injection which I might add that it took her many times to talk me into this. I dont like meds or injections but realize at age 65 that I need addl help other than water exercises. Thanks to Spine & Nerve! For months I was unable to even leave my house I was in so much pain. Contemplated if life was even worth living. Went to see him for one last effort to gain any sort of freedom again. He put me on a treatment plan that we BOTH agreed on and im finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel

Best doctor, couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a patient who has had received pain management services for 5 years, I will say the experience at Dr. Reddy's office was thorough and pleasant.

All around a great doctor! Wouldn't go to anyone else for my back pain!

After feeling so hopeless. I found Dr. Reddy who has helped me get back to a normal way of living. Great staff. Thank you to all you have done for me

One of the worst experiences of my life--5 years: saw Dr Reddy twice, 2 shots: saw PA, Patricia McCarthy exclusively for approximately 3 yrs, In 3 years Patty never once recommended/suggested chiropractic, acupuncture, pain management, tenz or back brace would be approved by WC and was AVAILABLE to me. Each visit I asked what could be done for my pain and Patty NEVER offered any recommendation--Once while complaining, Patty said "I've heard it all before and don't want to hear it again." The worst!! Basically you are lucky if he even see's you you will be dealing with His PA not him. And if its for Workers Comp He works for the insurance carriers. Not a good place. You want to go to a place where the Doctor is the one looking after you not some PA. I know I went there. I won't tell you about the testes they fabricated for the insurance carrier either.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful however, the staff I have had the unfortunate experience to encounter prove Dr Reddy’s company ethics to be false.

The original appt's are with Dr Reddy and then office staff manages your care. All of that is satisfactory BUT phone/communication is impossible. Calls are not returned! Repeated calls are not returned! It can take weeks to get a call returned and resolve the issue requiring a call.

I was under Dr. Reddy's care for about 2+ years, Although be was a very busy Dr. when he was with you he was attentive and listened well to the patient had to say. I have had several epidural spine injections and all we very well.

First, office cleanliness is adequate but I chose to select 1 star it in order to make the total star counts low since my experience there for work related injury has been nothing but stress due to inadequate evaluation done by newly hired physician assistant (PA) who has quality education but lack experience and hence being trained at the patient's expense. I have no problem with training their PAs but the doctor or a very experienced PA should do the intake evaluation process.
