Dr. Vincent C Guida

Primary doctor for 20 plus years. Doesn't care when you get treated horribly by staff. When you need him the most they turn their back on you. It's a patient mill your just a number. Not sure when he stop caring it's a shame.

Not sure this is his issue but Stafford medical is horrible. Staff can care less about you. There's no way to reach your Doctor without getting blocked by staff. If you want to be treated like a number This place is for you. I'd be embarrassed to be a doctor here.

I CAN NOT GET RESULTS... Switched Doctors because of this AND MY NEW DR. CAN NOT GET RESULTS.. HORRIBLE!!! their lines are busy and the new DRs. staff said the message area is full.. Dr Guida was excellent. He is patient, listens and asks great questions.. His staff with callbacks or passing on to the Dr. who did my procedure for a callback is laughable.. I gave it a 1, but that could of been a 5 if you just get a callback and any concern over a major procedure with family history being bad. . Someone said no news is usually good news but to me it is not showing patient first.. Sadly I found another doctor..

my family has been going to him way before he joined Stafford Medical. He has and always will tell you the truth and tell you like it is, He does not sugar coat anything. He saved my daughters life along time ago when another Dr didn;t look at my daughters blood work and had his nurse do it. Told her everything was fine. Thank god for Dr Guida for noticing it right away and he set up appointments himself for a specialist for her. He is a great dr who takes the time to answer your questions. We have no problem with him.

Guida is a great doctor he has great staff that really take time with you. Dr Guida always takes the time to try and make things better

When I first found Dr. Guida, he was an excellent doctor with great bedside manner. It seems now as in the last 2 years he has become too overwhelmed to deal with any patients or properly take the time to understand them. He now has awful bedside manner and has no problem telling patients they will die if they don't listen to him. He does not consider any other doctor or specialist's concerns or findings, it is his way or no way. No compromise with other professionals in his field.

The doctor works with a practice that is impersonal. It is extremely hard to talk to a human being, even in a relative emergency. Receiving test results of any kind or nature require a separate scheduled visit to the practice instead of a courtesy call, even if results are completely normal. Routine medication refills require scheduled visits to the practice every six months instead of annually. All of which speaks to me of increased billing requirements over customer care.
