Dr. Gupta is an excellent doctor but his office staff is very rude and dismissive of patients. They totally ignore patients when signing in, no acknowledgement that you are there such as a hello. They overbook and sometimes there is at least an hour wait before you are able to see the doctor. When answering the phone, the individuals are extremely short and that they are too busy to be bothered with your phone call and will abruptly hang up.
