I was skeptical of Dr. Gupta because of some low reviews, but I went in with an open mind. I had previous brain surgery in the 90's along with a recent seizure at the end of March. Dr. Gupta not only took the time to explain everything to me and my wife, but he also showed us the MRI results and answered all of our questions. Dr. Gupta was very reassuring on my prognosis going forward. Don't always believe the bad reviews that you see on someone's profile. I had a horrible experience. I went in because I was having horrible migraines. He didn’t make eye contact with me, he took 2 calls during my visit in front of me. He didn’t look at my medical history if he did he’d know I used to have seizures and was shocked when I told him. I told him I’d like to avoid medications if I could because I already take several. He told me no other options would work. I asked if going to a chiropractor or getting acupuncture or medical marijuana would help and he just said no. He then told me I have migraines which I already knew. He said I don’t need any further testing and prescribed me a medication I asked not to be prescribed. Highly disappointed and left feeling defeated.

I felt dismissed. He is an overly sensitive arrogant man whose main r concern is himself. Suburban Neurology wants to help patients with diagnosis but leaves no ideas for aftercare. They can't see or understand that treatment is more than pills and procedures. How to to live with an ideopathic diagnosis is not on their radar or perhaps it is not profitable.

I have really appreciated Dr Gupta. He helped me understand and face my future with my disease. He had me go through a complete battery of tests to confirm what was the problem and how we would deal with it. I have appreciated his care, his discussions with me and his encouragement.

Dr Gupta was extremely professional and knowledgeable when helping me navigate my partial seizures. Without his help and the care of his staff I dont know how I would have gotten though my doagnosis. 100% recommend Suburban Neurology!

shakes his head at everything that is said. No medical feedback. Complete lack of intrest in me as a patient. Doesn't respond to your questions.

An amazing knowledgeable Dr who treated me after I had my multiple strokes. Great bed side manners

I take my elderly father to see Dr. Gupta. He is very kind, patient and took extra time to explain my dad's illness and offer different treatment options. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor.

Absolutely HORRIFYING. When you speak to any human, a patient especially, don't check your watch. I know your time is valuable, but so is ours. This man told my mother in law that her condition's underlying cause was because of cancer. He didn't have the FULL report in front of him. Instead of calling the doctor for the missing page, he decided to just lay it all out right then and there. HORRIBLE. AWFUL beside manner, just awful. I'll be reporting him to the hospital as well.
