About 12 years ago I had Blepharoplasty on both upper and lower lids. He did a great job. As I aged, I asked him a few years ago if I could do the lower kids again and he said I wasn't ready. Now that I am 60, I asked him again and he was very honest as to how he could make a very conservative correction. The price was extremely reasonable, so I just had it done again a month ago. I am very happy with the outcome. He is honest, personable, talented and on time. His nurse called me before surgery and gave me some very helpful advice. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vishal Sharma and his staff.

Went there for an eye exam and glasses. I called ahead of time to make sure they take my insurance because I just moved to the area. They said they accepted it and I also found they were in my network on the website. I went for an eye exam where he because to talk to me about financing for eye surgery(I didn’t know doctors unsold you) and I declined just wanted new frames because mine broke. He then said they don’t take my insurance for frames and I would be paying out of pocket. I left pretty upset. Then a month later I get a bill for $150 for an eye exam. When I called to fight it they were rude and unhelpful. Told me that I had a refraction done and that’s why it was more(not what I asked for). They eventually sent the bill to collections where I also tried to fight it and ultimately ended up paying the fee myself. I would t recommend these scam artists to anyone! Stay away from this guy. He submitted a claim to the insurance company double what he quoted me. When I called to try to work it out, he hung up on me.

My wife and me were interested in finding out about lasik, so we called this doctor and set up an appointment which we were told would cost 200. Upon seeing the doctor, he said were were both too old to get lasik in his view. The office asked us our ages before going for the appointment by the way. So the doctor said he can't in good faith charge us the consultation fee and asked if we wanted an eye exam. I thought fine, we were about due since COVID had delayed normal eye care. I told him that my employer has EyeMed for eyecare insurance and that my Blue Cross would not cover anything eye care related unless it was an emergency. He insisted in using Blue Cross and said "we will bill something and see what they cover". I again raised that we have Eye Med vision insurance and Sharma Ophthalmology was on the approved Eye Med list, so I hesitantly said ok. That was a mistake. We were later billed over $430 for eye tests that Blue Cross would not cover and they would not bill anyt

He also tried pushing Cosmetic surgery on my wife for baggy eyelids. What a joke. Beware of this crook, don't fall for it. And his office staff are snobby and rude. we've called his office and their billing office, but have gotten no where.

Dr. Sharma did my blepharoplasty surgery last fall. Unfortunately, I now have visible and unsightly scars just below my eyebrows. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone considering this procedure.

When I arrived the receptionists were friendly but they were clearly not treated professionally or politely by the doctor. The appointment felt like I was pushed from one place to the next with no clear explanation of what was going on. My eyes were dilated (first time ever for me) and then I was put at a desk to pick out glasses. No mention of my prescription changing or not. I was then placed back in the bright waiting room while my eyes continued to dilate for about so minutes. After that nightmare I opted to get the glasses elsewhere. I am convinced the prescription is not accurate as I can see better with my old glasses. Go somewhere else! Dr Sharma was very professional and courteous. I was pleased with his exam and eye prescription. His staff however was extremely rude! Unhelpful! Anytime I call there, they are curt. For that reason i will be changing doctors.

I went to Dr. Sharma in Sept. 2014 for an exam which showed a cataract in each eye. He said he could implant new lenses and I wouldn't need glasses. Two weeks later I had the first eye done and it took only seven minutes. Two weeks after that I had the other eye done with astigmatism correction. That took 11 minutes. I noticed the improvement immediately in the recovery room. I now have 20/20 distance vision in both eyes without glasses but wear $1.00 reading glasses. Bravo, Dr. Sharma!

I had Dr. Sharma do a Bilateral Blepharoplasty on me and since I was having that done he told me he could take care of my bags under my eyes at the same time, however I would have to pay out of pocket $500/eye. I had the surgery August 18th,2015 and I still have the same bags under my eyes!!! I would NOT recommend him to anyone !!!! All he said to me when I complained about there being NO change was.... He is sorry that I don't see the improvement. He also likes to push the BOTOX

Worst eye doctor experience ever. Horrible customer service, Optician never calls you back when he says he will, receptionists are wonderful, glasses prescribed didn't match my eye sight, cloudy in one lens, was told to fix it they would pop out the left lens and put a clear one in, arm on glasses was bowed. Optician wasn't helpful choosing glasses that looked right for me, and when I got the ones I chose he didn't make sure they were adjusted to my face/head. Brought back to have fixed, kept putting it off and never called me back, had to bounce back and forth calling the locations to locate him. After two months of being dissatisfied, I asked for a return, and they are only willing to give me 2/3 of my money back. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND STILL NO GLASSES, hopefully the next place I go will be a much better experience. Worst eye doctor experience ever.
