Staff was extremely rude!!! I work at a dental office and called to get a clearance on a mutual patient and the lady said the "patient hasn't been seen in awhile, there is nothing we can do" and hung up on me!!!!! This place is a joke!!! What Drs office is open for 3 hours a day!!! I absolutely would NOT recommend and I've never even been seen before!

Called to set up an appointment and was told that even though my insurance does NOT require a referral, they would not be seeing me "just because I think I want to see a cardiologist". Extremely rude and condescending staff.

This doctor wasn't my doctor but I sat in on an apt with my fiancé and in my opinion it had to have been the worst doctor visit I have ever expierenced. My fiancé has been having some health issues and had some tests done, when we went in to discuss the test results and get some questions answered, the doctor was very short and rude to us. Health being a major concer we were hoping to have a more compassionate doctor to talk to, even if they don't care you would hope they would atleast pretend. He didn't want to hear any of our questions, barely answered our questions, his responses were rude and short with no explanation or background information. For example I asked if he had ever seen someone our age with these test results and he gave me an example and said "how's that for an answer..." shocked and confused I didn't even know how to respond. The whole time we were in the room with him he seemed to be half way falling asleep, kept his eyes closed while we were in mid conversation. He couldn't find results to one of the tests my fiancé had done and said "I'm sure those results were fine" that's reassuring... not! Right before we left I asked what steps do we take from here, meaning diet, exercise, any kind of suggestions, he says "just come back in 6 months to a year and we will check you out again" really? That was helpful. On top of everything else, we weren't seen until 30 minutes past our apt time, the reseptionist wasn't friendly, the office was dated, dirty and smelled bad. One would only hope to leave the doctors after following up on major tests to have questions answered instead of being more confused. We will Definitely never return to see this doctor. I wouldnt refer this guy to any of my loved ones. Attempted to set up a appointment. The office personnel was not only rude but continually interrupted me and kept telling me that I need to check my insurance benefits. She kept telling me that I didn't know my benefits. I attempted to tell her that prior to contacting the office I confirmed my benefits. For 20 minutes she talked down to me and we hadn't even set up an appointment. Finally she tentatively set up a appointment. She said she would call my insurance and check my benefits. She called back within the hour and left a message on my voicemail that she checked on the Internet and I needed to call so she could tell what benefits were. When I Called back she told me I would be out of network and would have a $500 deductible and then have a 40% out of pocket cost and that I needed to make a decision. I advised I would check with my insurance and they said the information she was providing was incorrect. They suggested she contact my insurance instead of looking on the Internet and they could go over my plan. I called her back today and attempted to discuss and ask her to contact my insurance. She was ruder than the initial call. She told me she checked with my insurance as a courtesy. Everytime I attempted to say something she cut me off and began to lecture me. I ended the call with cancel my appointment. Very poor customer service. I've never expected a doctor's office to have staff that was rude and disrespectful.
