Dr. Vivian Letizia

Have been going to Dr.Letizia for almost 30 years.She and her staff are warm,caring and professional.She has always worked at my pace as i wanted things done and worked with me financially when needed. I NEVER dreaded going to the dentist but looked forward to it...like going to see friends.

She was impaired during my dental treatments..Left not only myself but other clients of mine in need of repair work. .She was abusive & aloft as well as her assistant and office manager Carol.

She like a couple other dentists in that area have written prescription s in there clients name for there own use. Look it up she finally got caught,last year!While the patients that needed pain management was refused and told to take Motrin or over the counter Tylenol. That’s doesn’t work for five root canels. Rot in prison bitch!

Very incompetent dentist.Seem to not know what she was doing at times. Would walk out in a middle of a process and go to another room root canal got infected.went back six times till I realize the post was being temporary cemented not sterilized not fitted properly in which lead to a bone infection.Thousands later and still have pain and problems with her unprofessional work.

The most incompetent dentist practice I’ve come across. First they convince you to pay up front for a small discount then when things don’t go right she and the office manager Carol become arrogant and threatening hoping you leave on your own and just get over the money they have of yours in advance. Second she was acting as if under the influence Rabbled didn’t make since,toss implements around and would storm out and go to another office during your scheduled visit.Not only was the work shabby but not completed.As like others ending up with a bad infection,when I requested my file she altered it to say I did not do the antipotics,which was untrue Her word against mind this is a common thing among some medical professions blame the patience,to cover themselves .Most like myself can’t afford to sue so this is the only way to protect each other. Take the few precious minutes you have and write a review.

I told two patients in the waiting room one I knew she was stoned out of her mind.She was all over the place. Left me with a infection on a tooth she worked on. Ended up to three different dentists,no one seems to be able to fix the damage done. Her desk clerk Carol was condescending and nasty.

A very caring dentist. I didn't have dental insurance and needed a procedure done 2 times and I asked her if I could make payments. This was 3 years ago. She came out and introduced herself and said don't worry I'm not charging you. I hugged her and said wow you are a wonderful loving, caring dentist. I support her ????. Ty for caring

Two of 3 fillings fell out within a week...drilled to the point of spaces that now get food stuck in two places. No, I would not recommend.

Earlier this year I asked Dr. Letizia about a dental appliance for sleep apnea that could be used instead of a CPAP machine. She charged me $900.00 for it. A short time after I got it, I noticed a plastic taste in my mouth, and it seemed the material it was made from, methyl methacrylate, was leaching into my system. I also began to have allergic reactions. It turns out that methyl methacrylate is known to cause allergic reactions. I told Dr. Letizia that I couldn't use this appliance. She said she would make another if I can find an acceptable material. I tried and could not. Then I asked her to refund my money minus her direct cost to the lab, which I thought was very reasonable. She refused and instead offered one free cleaning and dental exam with a "take it or leave it" attitude. My takeaway from this experience is that she cares nothing about my welfare as her patient, and I have lost all trust in her.

Dr. Letizia's office is second to NONE! Her staff always go above and beyond the patient's care and concerns. They treat you like family and there is never a doubt when i walk in the door. Dr. Letizia runs a tight ship. Her expertise and approach is to put the patient at ease. Do NOT hesitate!

I can support a previous review. This dentist is fine at the basics, but not at anything too extensive. I complained to her about an extraction where she removed a major chunk of my gum. When it happened, I sensed she was in a mild state of panic, and it resulted in what I can only describe as total overkill. When I complained to her and she just walked away from me with 'I did the best I could'. I think this sums it up. Her staff are really friendly and helpful, but in my experience, Dr. Letizia is not up to any major dental work.

Not recommended for anything beyond routine dentistry. Problems with crowns that didn't take, an implant that was more of a "place holder" than an actual tooth, and most recently a post & crown that failed. She tried to stick it back up into the implant with dental cement, which created another nightmare ordeal. Other dental professionals said it was a very bad solution. She takes no responsibility and has the temerity to try and charge to fix the damage she has wrought.

Dr. Letizia has been nothing but incompetent for anything beyond basic routine dentistry. She and her staff are nice, but what you want is competence. I've had problems with crowns that didn't take, an implant that was more of a 'place holder' than an actual tooth, and most recently, a post and crown that came out of an implant because it wasn't bonded properly in the first place, according to another dental professional. She tried to stick it back together with dental cement, which created a whole other nightmare situation. Every other dental professional during this ongoing ordeal said that using dental cement on an abutment to try and stick back into an implant is the last thing that should have been done. She refuses to take any responsibility for her actions, has made what sounds like desperate excuses, and has had the temerity to try and charge for related expenses. Posting a negative review is something I rarely do, but in this case is entirely warranted.

I went to Dr. Letizia about ten years ago. After several routine visits she informed me that I had a cavity between two teeth that needed to be filled. She quoted a price and her staff gave me a diagram with the teeth involved clearly marked. Since I hadn't had a cavity in many years I decided to get a second opinion. After the exam, the new dentist mentioned nothing about cavities. I asked specifically about the teeth that Dr. Letizia wanted to fill and was told that no cavity was observed.

The very best dentist in our area. And the nicest staff you'll meet anywhere. Also, I had two teeth pulled and never felt a thing.
