Dr. Vivian Olsen Simmons

I visited there for a couple time I had a great experience with Dr. Vivian, She is so sweet and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The doctor listened, asked questions, talked about options and did not act hurried. Genuinely likable more importantly, a doctor you can trust.

THIS doctor is absolutely fabulous .

From the front desk to Dr Simmons it is a pleasure to be seen. Each person makes me feel like I am the only patient there. Every visit is handled the most professional way and with all of my safe well being protected. Thank you so very much and God bless you

Dr Simmons is highly intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, she genuinely cares about her patients, and she pays attention

The first Dr to finally take the necessary time to figure out my symptoms were Lyme Disease and not in my head. She is so sweet and compassionate and caring. The entire staff is like that. Always happy and friendly and smiling. And always willing to go the extra mile for their patients.

Dr. Viv. Has been great with our family. They have been great to get us in, in a timely manner. We have had good experiences with the doctors and the clinic. The office receptionist and nurses have always been very helpful. They treat you with respect and honesty which is very appreciative.

I can not sing the praises of Dr. Vivian high enough. She is AMAZING! I have to admit I was worried when I first met her because she is so young, but she definitely paid attention in med school! She diagnosed my husband immediately with a very rare condition. We accredit her prompt diagnosis and early treatment with his incredible recovery. I will never forget what she did for our family. I hope she knows how much she is appreciated, loved, and respected. We always recommend her and will be patients for life! We hope she never leaves! My family and I love Dr. Vivian, Allison and her staff! They have always got us in no matter how busy the office was. It is wonderful having a Doctor that truly cares and is concerned for your well being.

They are extremely non responsive. I called four times over the course of a week trying to simply get a refill called in. Each time the response was "I gave the message to the doctor". Apparently they don't have a problem letting people go without medicine they need.

I have been using Dr. Simmons and this clinic for several years as my and my mother's primary GP. I have never been disappointed in my service. They are thorough, friendly and always manage to work me or my mother in when in an emergency. I definitely recommend!

Horrible first and only impression! I had the worst experience ever at this clinic. I have a reoccurring back injury that causes me to be in a lot of pain. I usually have to go and get a shot in order to have any relief. I can not sit because I can’t stand back up easily if I do. I usually go to a different clinic in Enterprise but I work in Hartford and was in a lot of pain so I thought it would be easier to go to this place to get my shot. While waiting in the lobby where I stood or paced for at least 45 minutes I overhear the staff talking in the office. One said “why is that girl out there just pacing back and forth” “she keeps staring at me” at this point another woman chimes in “ohhh, maybe she sees something she likes” they continued to go on while I help back the anger that was boiling inside of me. I walked up to the window and told them I wanted my money back and that I didn’t want to be seen anymore. Not one of the girls in the office would make eye contact with me. Not one of the girls apologized for what had been said. My back hurt but my ears work just fine. I got a call later with someone apologizing and saying that they hoped this wouldn’t be the last time I come in. This was my first experience with this place and it will be my last. Dr. Olsen is fantastic. She genuinely cares and listens to you. She takes time even when she doesn't have time. She also uses a holistic approach and looks at the entirety of the situation rather than just the symptoms. I have a very rare allergy and have had experiences with doctors before who did not listen to me or just brushed off my concerns. She listened, believed me, and took action to address it. She moved and I have not found another doctor that comes close to her level of care.
