Thoughtful, thorough, and listens.

Up to this point I’ve never had a bad experience here, but the last two times I’ve had horrible ones. The day my son got his first covid dose they asked if I wanted to go ahead and schedule the next dose so I did of course. When getting to the appointment was told it would be an hour because they didn’t prepare the vaccine for him and then another hour after he received the does. I hadn’t planned on that time span so I had to reschedule again. While rescheduling the appointment I was put on hold twice and the women who I was speaking to had a very flat nonchalant attitude towards me and when I asked if the dose would be ready this time she said as long as you tell them what dose it will be. I said well y’all have his information shouldn’t you already know the right does?? She came off as rude and like she was blaming me for not telling them ahead of time the correct dosage for my child’s vaccine? I’m very disappointed in the encounter. I understand the medical world has a lot on their shoulders right now I truly do but this experience could be why some people aren’t getting vaccinated. I personally received my vaccine at a local pharmacy and it was a Brief pleasant experience I wish I could have gotten my child’s done there too but he’s under 12. Finally a Doctor that listens to his patients. He has helped me a lot.

Let a medical condition progress while passing the buck and blaming everyone else for not getting results. Does not advocate for his patients. Fine for routine medical care, but if there is any question that you have a serious condition, be very careful.

Commented on my appearance. Was sexual and condescending. Made fun of me and did not listen. Completely unprofessional. My sister is a registered nurse and when I told her everything he did she said I should have reported him. I have never in my life had such an experience with a medical professional.

Dr. Shorts is very good very smart best doctor around NEA .

Hands down, the best physician I've been to. Even some of my extended and more skeptical (of medicine and the "agenda") family members trust Dr. Short's advice and diagnosis without reserve.

Dr. Short is very professional and yet kind physician. He takes time to put you at ease and is very attentive to your needs. He is an incredible diagnostician with excellent clinical awareness and skill. Basically, Dr. Short is the complete package in a Doctor with great bedside manner and deep medical knowledge. Dr Short is awesome. He's a very educated and to the point type of man. Honestly best doctor I've had the pleasure of having. Also he rocks those boots... You go see him you'll see ???? Going on 2 years still good.

Excellent doctor, in and out fast very little waiting. You don't feel like he's trying to rush you out. He is a great doctor and I would recommend him.

I've been seeing Dr. Short ever since he came to the clinic in 2016. He is always very helpful, and he takes time and listens and helps me with my problems. He is a very caring doctor, and I'm glad he is there in Paragould. I would recommend him to anyone.

I went because i was having symptoms that had me very worried. Dr Short spent 5-10 minutes with me. Not thorough. Didn't listen. Obviously in a hurry. I will never use Doctor's Clinic again.
