Avoid this Dr!!! Horrible for kidney stone surgery. No stent or antibiotics. Met him for 3 seconds right before surgery.

If I could zero stars I would. Showed up early for the appointment. After an hour past my appt time still had not been called. Went up and asked if I had been forgotten, they said I would be next after 2 more called ahead of me, I had to leave.

He is the most wonderful doctor. Very caring and sits and listens. He also has a great and caring nurse Rebecca.

In the past 5 years I have been to 3 different urologists and after visiting with Dr. Simoneaux I know my search for a good doctor is over! I suffer with horrible kidney stones and every doctor I've seen brushed me off. After one visit with this office I have a answer as to why I'm making stones and he scheduled surgery to relieve some of my pain with in a week. Everyone is the office is beyond nice and always helpful.

Dr. Walter Simoneaux is a very good doctor, however, this support staff, reservationists, and others in the front are more than pitiful. You can have an appointment and wait two hours to see the doctor past your scheduled appointment time. I don't know too many working people that can just wait for 2 hours to see the doctor for 15 to 25 minutes. What makes it even worse, though you can wait for 2 hour past your appointment time, if you are 5 minutes late they cancel your appointment, which is really pitiful and hypocritical of the staff.
