Excellent. Listens to me, and acts accordingly to needs of the present situation. Thorough and concerned.

Dr. Toronjo is absolutely the physician available. He has served our family needs for decades and ALWAYS shows a depth of knowledge, compassion for the patient, and appropriate care. He is professionally prepared, direct with his conversation about the issue, and answers all my questions in understandable language. My family would never use anyone else!

Dr. Toronjo is the most understanding and caring doctor. I’ve been going to him for several years. Dr. Toronjo referred me to a pulmonologist due to my asthma. I explained to the physician everything that Dr. Toronjo was doing to help me with my asthma along with my prescriptions. My pulmonologist said that Dr. Toronjo was an excellent doctor and was on track with my asthma and he was very impressed on what all he has done for me. Dr. Toronjo has the most professional, caring and efficient staff. Tammy, Dr. Toronjo’s nurse is very caring and efficient. Thank you both for taking care of my health needs. Dr. Toronjo has a HUGE ego issue. I've talked to other doctors about Him and they state that he IS a good doctor, But yes.. 'He does love himself and has to arrive at an analysis in his own timing (they seriously said that..? What that has meant to me is : he doesn't 'listen' to the patient because He thinks HE knows more about your issue than you do). So how exactly does that make Him a good doctor.. ? It doesn't. Once I told him I had constant ringing in my ear.. He dismissed me saying, "Everyone has ringing in their ears".. OK.. but NOT constantly ! If you need a doctor that will listen to you and will admit that You MIGHT know yourself and what works or doesn't, don't waste your time. He's not a good listener.. You may end up going to see him 20 times before you get to the 'real issue' instead of what he 'thinks' is the issue... The ringing in the ear was just one example... I've had many frustrating deals with Him.. Time to find a new one !

Dr. Toronjo's office staff is perhaps the most efficient and professional that I have dealt with -no matter my call or request, it is handled beautifully and quickly. Dr. Toronjo is a straight shooter and I appreciate his directness immensely.

He is arrogant and he doesn't listen. His staff is very young and inexperienced. Tyler is rude and unprofessional.

The doctor is fine, however the support staff in that office offers the lowest support you can imagine. Here are some characteristics of them: impatient, curt in answers, no desire of helping anyone, every time with a feeling that you are disturbing them. No customer service what so ever. Very disappointed. I hate to rate this doctor so low, because of his staff.

Dr. Toronjo is a great doctor, but sometimes he does not listen so well to his patients. Let's just say he is very confident in himself. This is good but sometimes he gets very upset with patients who do not follow his directions or even seek out second opinion. But I had full confidence in him and thought he was a great doctor! He is very wise!
