I wish I could rate 10 stars - because office staff literally saved my life on 12/13/2013! On that date I called in to make an appointment to see Dr. Jaeger because I was experiencing significant heartburn. Receptionist immediately got Nurse Sue on the phone, and Sue told me to dial 911 immediately. I argued with her that all I had was heartburn, but she assertively told me that I need to call 911 right now. So I reluctantly called 911. The ambulance took me to St. Francis Hospital even though I was feeling okay. As they pulled into the hospital parking lot my heart stopped, and it stopped two more times as I was wheeled into the hospital! It turns out that my "heartburn" was actually a heart attack! My artery was 100% blocked, and finally my heart attack advanced into cardiac arrest which is usually fatal or causes paralysis. If it would have happened at home - I would have died. Also Dr. Warren Jaeger is the best primary physician I have ever had! He asks many questions, never rushes and wisely refers to good specialists as required. We moved to Monument in 2006 and shortly after that we required medical assistance for my husband. Dr. Jaeger was the kind face in the phone book and we made an appointment. Dr. Jaeger is the best and I would recommend him every day and twice on Sunday - he's thorough, professional and caring. We were sorry we had to move away!! Miss you, Dr. J!

I really do not enjoy this office. I have a chronic disorder that they dont really seem to care about. I am constantly dismissed and it is super frustrating

I just went to see Catherine Morrison because I am in severe pain after a surgery that I just got yesterday, and need strong pain medicine in order to sleep. She just told me to take baths and continue taking ibuprofen ( which isn’t helping). Extremely unsympathetic and a giant waste of time and money. I will avoid this place at all costs in the future. The office is sometimes great and sometimes not. Dr. Jaeger is consistently amazing! He listens, explains, and makes sure you have no questions. I ~never~ feel rushed with him. I cannot say that for other Drs.

Dr. Jaeger and every doctor and PA and nurse at this practice takes the time to ask several questions, listen, and answer everything. I'm always confident that they are giving quality health care and allow me to participate in my health care. We've been going here since we moved to Tri-Lakes over 21 years ago.

I have come to this practice for a long time and am not a "hater", but I have to say that care has gone way down hill. First, Dr Klismith gave me a severe burn and scar in order to remove a skin tag, which I've had done many times uneventfully. I have no confidence in her skills as a result. Second, PA Morrison just declined to give any pain relief for an acute back pain episode. You would think that a decade of history devoid of any opiod requests would show I am not a druggie. Opiods are appropriate for short term, acute pain relief rather than chronic conditions: exactly what I was experiencing. I don't know whether she just doesn't care that I am in excruciating pain or whether company policy now prohibits the use of opiods for any reason. Either way, I feel that this medical practice failed me when I really needed them. Although I'm fairly certain Dr. Jaeger is on the edge of retirement and most likely no longer accepting patients, Dr. Jaeger is the most professional medical provider I've experienced in over 50 years. He answers all questions, appears to be genuinely concerned with relayed matters, takes appropriate time in this difficult industry, and follows up with a personal call. I hope he stays with the MVMG as long as can!
