Dr. Roye is one of the finest doctors I’ve ever had care for me. I have never had one problem with him on the 2 surgeries he’s performed on me.

Everything was great with this doctor and his practice until one month from my post op appointment. Dr. Roye repaired my umbilical hernia. He had a great bedside manner and after surgery he informed me and my family that everything had went smooth and I was good to go. Dr. Roye repeated that statement to me at my follow up appointment. He said it went great and I was healing good and no need to come back unless I had a concern. Great! Fast forward to one month after this appointment when I get a call saying I owe another $300 for the surgery I had over a month ago. Let me assure you, they will not perform this surgery until it’s paid in full. I have no insurance and paid $9,000 out of my pocket to have this done. I was blown away at this additional charge and asked why!?? The girl on the phone says well it says here that he had to do additional work during your surgery. It was strangulated. Why was this never brought up to me or my family until now? No answer. A strangulated hernia can be very serious and you mean to tell me Dr. Roye didn’t think it necessary to tell me? This is absolutely unacceptable. They will never see another dime from me even though they’ve already reported me to a collection agency. Great doctor, good office staff . He did my hernia surgery that 3 other doctors refused to do. They said it was too dangerous. They said wait until its an EMERGENCY. They said I mostly likely would not survive then either. Dr Roye agreed with me. It was only growing each day making the surgery worse each day. He agreed it needed to come out as quickly as possible. He did a WONDERFUL job & I was back to WORK in 60 days. The other doctors said I would be out 6 mths to a year. I think the world of Dr Roye. He is the best of the best. The only thing I don't like, and this IS NOT Dr Roye's fault-is the hospital used most often, Baylor Waxahachie- its the worst of the worst hospitals I have ever experienced. I will never use Baylor Waxahachie. DR ROYE I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE-he is the best.

I loved Dr Roye & his staff!! I recommended him to several of my friends!!

Office staff, specifically Victoria Martinez is extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional! My experience with her is worth finding a different surgeon! Trust me.

Absolutely ridiculous - I am trying to help a person file a claim and they charge $25 form fee to fill out a form saying their patient is disabled and cannot work. How are they supposed to pay for a fee if they cannot work?
