Thank you to Dr. Berryhill & staff for getting me in so quickly to do my Esteem battery replacement. I was out of commission for a few weeks. My husband and I drove from Houston, TX. Would not recommend. After waiting an hour, Dr. berryhill didn’t take time to my hear symptoms…this is my second time back and it was a completely different diagnosis, 2 years of the same issues and he blamed it on allergies. I do not recommend Dr Berryhill. I was told he is the only pediatric ent that deals with kids who have hearing loss so I stuck with him, but the past 3 years I’ve hated seeing him. He never remembers anything about my daughters case. He’s always asking me questions because he can’t remember what we have and haven’t done. He also contradicts the advice he gives. He told me 6 months ago we don’t need further genetic testing, and today he tells me we should do further testing. I’m beyond frustrated with him and do not recommend him at all. He hardly gives 5 minutes of time and it’s obvious he doesn’t care about his patients. Don’t recommend him or his office. Even the staff takes forever to reply if they ever even do to calls and requests. I do not recommend Dr Berryhill. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Berryhill. I visit his clinic weekly for allergy treatment, and he has always been helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

I started to see Berryhill in June of 2018, from my very first appointment with him to just seeing him last week. He’s cared and remembered everything about my personal life (meeting girlfriends, family members) to my ears. I’d seen multiple specialists before him who were of no help, would tell me I needed surgery but they themselves wouldn’t do it. Berryhill, who I trust of course. Has done all three of my surgeries, and currently in the midst of scheduling my fourth with him. 1st, to remove C-toma from left ear; 2nd, to remove C-toma from right ear; 3rd, to put magnetic piece in my head for BAHA; 4th to soon be to remove recurrence of C-toma. Best ENT in Norman. Have had great experiences with him personally and he gave my mom a procedure that improved her hearing ability better than anything has in over twenty years. Every individual I know that has gone to see him has had nothing but amazing things to say about his work!

Each experience I’ve had with Dr. Berryhill has been wonderful! It is evident that he shows deep care for his patients. He is a true expert in his field of practice and knows that he is talking about, but is also skilled enough to explain things in a way that I understand. While his office has a high patient volume, I have still felt prioritized with phone calls, scheduling and with any of my other personal concerns. He asks questions to evaluate my progress and if anything has changed since the last time I’ve seen him. While it is frustrating to have hearing loss or told as a kid you can’t swim under water during the summer, I have seen the way he wants what is medically best for me! I recommend him to anyone and everyone and always will! He is great with all ages and adapts to treat each individual patient with the unique care that they need! I read these reviews before choosing Dr Berryhill and I just cannot fathom how some of them could be so wrong. Berryhill was very nice and funny. He did a great job explaining and helping me understand what was wrong and what could be done to help me.

This was my first time seeing Dr Seth Brooks & having him perform surgery for me. I am totally delighted by the health care Dr Books provided. Absolutely painless & totally professional. His medical staff members were all extremely caring, considerate & extremely knowledgable. Dr Brooks was friendly & provided all pre-surgical information needed. I would recommend this surgical clinic & Dr Brooks in particular

If I could give a ( -5 falling stars) I would. We saw the Doctor berryhill on Thursday 16th, and they wanted to do the surgery the next day Friday the 17th, and we agreed. They said they would call us and have everything set up for the next day surgery. SO Friday no communication from the doctors office, we leave a message with our phone number (TWICE), and nothing from doctors office or hospital. 6 DAYS (6 DAYS) LATER I CALL TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON. Dr berryhill wanted to do surgery the next day, then we are called say the surgery might or might not happen. At this point we are done, a monkey with a garden hose and a flashlight could run a better Doctors office. I have never been treated like this in all my life, and I’m from Love County. If you like being lied too, and lied to some more, then this Doctors office is the place for you. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Berryhill did my right ear for an Cochlear implant and he did a really good job on my ear. He is a good guy and he is nice. Bedside manner are great. I recommend him to anyone.

Sadly, the negative reviews about him being condescending were true for me too. I have had vertigo for years and never seen anyone for it. He acted like I was dumb for even wanting to be seen. He went on about how people don’t know the difference in dizziness and vertigo. Then told me my issue was “interesting” and to find a new sport that wouldn’t cause it. He said I could come back when my vertigo was acting up and they would do all the same things I could just google on the internet.

Dr Berryhill helped my son a couple years ago. He had to have 2 surgeries to fix his eardrum that had been damaged by negative pressure. His PA was amazing as well. During his year subbatical we were forced to see another doctor in the city and we were disappointed. Thank goodness he came back to the office and we could too. I have never met someone so kind and professional. He really made me feel comfortable and safe. As a mom, we never want to feel like we were in adequate or making the wrong decisions about our children. He spoke to me in a way that I could understand what was happening but also with compassion. I would recommend him to see anyone in my family.

Dr. Berryhill was the rudest doctor I have ever seen in my life. I went to him after being diagnosed by my doctor of having an inner ear infection. The first words out of his mouth were, "Why are you here?" I mentioned the inner ear and that I had Vertigo. His comment, "Do you even know what vertigo is," and I explained I have dizziness, lack of balance, etc. He said, "That's not Vertigo," and I asked, what is Vertigo, then. "We'll just have to get to that later." He never told me. He finally said, "You never had an inner ear infection, you do not have Vertigo, and the only thing you have is too much fire on your cake." What, I asked, and he repeated, then finally said you are getting older, and suffering from dementia, and depression. He had read, apparently, that I suffer from depression. My advice is to get a cane." Then, opening the door, "It was nice meeting you," I then said, it was interesting meeting you, and you have a horrible bedside manner. He snickered, and I stomped out.

Dr. Berryhill was amazing. He and his staff got us in for an appointment very quickly and even got our surgery scheduled right away. Our daughter is already feeling better after getting tubes in her ears. Thank you to Dr. Berryhill, Brittany, and all of tge Community Hospital staff.

Dr. Berryhill is very professional and cares for his patients. He takes the time to listen to you and gives you plenty of time to ask questions. I'm been seeing him for 5 years and he had done 2 ear surgeries that were very successful. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that I know.

He was very rude and condescending to my husband and I. He treated as thought we were stupid. I am in medical research and was surprised that he treats people this way and expects them to be treated his way.

Was recommended to Dr. Berryhill in hopes someone could figure out what was causing my dizziness and problems with my ears. I was so excited to go to this appointment because my referring doctor spoke highly of him. I was so disappointed! He treated me like an idiot! He was condescending and rude! Why all the put downs? As hard as I tried to be kind and understand what he was asking of me, he was doing his best to belittle me?! My husband even noticed I was visibly upset upon leaving.

I have had a painful ear infection for several weeks now and have been trying to get a ENT Doctor to look at it. Finally got my insurance to give me a referral to Dr Berryhill. Took me 2 weeks to get a response from his office on the referral, and then his response was No, I don't want to see you. He gave no reason!!! Just said no. The receptionist at his office said unless you want an ear tube or tonsils removed, Berryhill is unlikely to want to see you. What a joke!
