Horrible doctor. Enables patients no therapeutic benefit. Just pushes pills.

Came to this office after being highly recommended by a couple people. I left after my second visit. The front desk staff are always extremely short and rude over the phone. I had two instances where I had phone appointments and never received a call or voicemail. The receptionist claimed both times that it was an error on my end and that my phone had been messed up. If that had been the case, why not leave a voicemail for me to return your "missed call". Aside from the frustration over the missed appointments, I never felt like I was heard by the NP's there and they were always just quick to write prescriptions and get me out of there. I'm not making an appointment to get my nails done- I need to be seen for my MENTAL HEALTH and you'd think this office would take that a little more seriously. Very professional and Wendy is excellent her staff is great my husband and I enjoy going there

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wendy for 9 years now and she is absolutely amazing! Through the years she has been able to perscribe the perfect medicines for me and my health needs! 10 out of 10 would recommend

A week after my appointment my prescriptions still haven’t been sent to my pharmacy. I Tried 3 times to talk someone, but keep getting the run around. It’s frustrating because it takes my pharmacy a week to get it in.

Dr. Vandermark is a very compassionate psychiatrist, who not only listens, but actually pays attention to you and your concerns when you speak. The atmosphere of her office is professional, and she cares about the health and well-being of her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Vandermark to anyone who is searching for a doctor in her field.

I love the entire staff here ! They are very welcoming and non-judgmental. Their entire focus was to make me feel better. I would recomomend Vandemark to anyone who needs either counseling or is in need any mental health care

This doctor is a poor excuse for a doctor. My son is being treated for bipolar and depression. He is on prozac. He lost his insurance and could not afford the last appointment... she cut him off COLD TURKEY from it!! He wasn't even seeing HER it was an assistant of some sort. The last time I went with him to the session, she was TEXTING ON HER PHONE and apologized several times yet continued to do it!! Barely listening to him explain what he was going through!! GOOD LUCK WITH THIS ONE FOLKS!

Wonderful and compassionate doctor. Helped my family tremendously! Glad to know there are still doctors and counselors that are in practice for the right reasons!

My mother goes here and has a problem abusing the meds she gets from Dr Vandermark. After several over dose situations my dad called their office and all this dr did waa switch her from Ativan to Xanax?! She has a problem! It was my understanding that my mother had to physically see the dr every so often to get her refills but she hasn't seen anyone in almost a year! I called this office and found out that Dr Vandermark doesn't work there anymore but they just haven't updated their info yet.

You will NOT see the Doctor if you go here. I NEVER got to see the Dr, although I asked the Nurse, Carmen Booth, if I could talk to the Dr herself on more than one occasion but she made it clear that EVERYTHING goes through HER. The staff do what they want to do and I doubt the Dr. even knows everything they do. If you ask to see the Dr. you will get dismissed with NO explanation. The staff isn't very caring with the exception of Dr. Leah McMillan, a therapist there and Ginger, another therapist

Every appt, except the first, I've waited an hour or more. I've never seen Dr. Vandemark. I called 2 weeks before my appt that I'd be completely out of meds for 3 days by then, it took 2 weeks to get a refill. I called everyday and got the same runaround. Finally, after getting the meds, I tried to talk to my doctor and got the front office staff relaying from her (I could hear) Very nonprofessional. And got reschedule for 2 months later. So done.

Scheduling an emergency appt is non existent. They book out months ahead of time. Make sure they make you a appt after your recent appt if not your screwed.
