I love Dr. Mills. He has a great bedside manor and I'm never rushed. He has been willing to work with me healthwise as I have an aversion to taking too many prescriptions. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. The office staff is wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Mills for about 10 yrs and I plan to stay with him.

Dr Mills have been my doctor for over 15 years my two daughters my nephew my goddaughter he is a family physician very good bedside manners, always asking questions always want to know how you feeling he makes sure I never run out of any medicine. Even when we were in a pandemic he never canceled any of my appointments and his staff is excellent.

Professional Knowledgeable Caring

Very informative, awesome customer service and also detail oriented.The office reps are very helpful and nice.

Dr. Mills and his staff are very caring and efficient. Always responsive and even when prescribing meds, tries to work with what insurance will cover.

I love the care and concern I received during my visit. Dr Mills always is thorough and allows me to ask questions.

Dr. Wesley is a true professional, patient, kind and a compassionate doctor! The best family doctor! He was my son”s doctor as well when he was teenager. We all love him.

Dr. Mills is thorough, friendly, and just a great doctor and person all the way around! I have been going to him as my primary physician for almost 4 years. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Mills and his staff are the BEST!

Have been going to Dr Mills for almost a decade. He is a great Doctor, and explains thing that make complicated medical information, easy to understand

I have been a patient of Dr. Mills for a few years. Actually my husband and daughter are patients as well. I love the staff and Dr. Mills individual dedication to each patient

Dr. Mills took his time to make sure he knew that our records were correct and tto provide us with all the necessary information we needed to care for our health. He’s an excellent doctor very personable with fantastic bedside manner.

Dr. Mills, is warm, professional and thorough in relaying your health care plan. He speaks in layman’s terms so you’d better understand how to make the right decisions about your healthcare.

Refers you to care as needed. Listens. Reviews results of labs and procedures with you. Caring staff that are friendly and helpful. They also listen.

Dr. Mills was very thoughtful and thorough. All our questions were answered and he also made amazing suggestions when he collected the Hx. He spent the time to get all his questions answered- not jst in and out as most docs do-. The office staff was great also. Love Dr Mills. First doctor I've ever gone to that really pays attention and cares. I refer ALL my friends and family to him

I was well pleased with Doctor Mills. I like how he conversed with my wife regarding her care. Then being that I haven’t been or use a Primary care doctor. I am pleased to have found him to become my Primary as move forward in Life.

Dr. Wesley C. Mills, MD, Office Staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Excellent Medical office that provides a wonderful and warm atmosphere and experience from start to finish. They have a Covid-19 protocol in place to provide a safe experience for their patients. Dr. Mills takes the time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. It is so refreshing to find that Dr. Mills & his Staff that combines such personalized touches and care for each patient, while providing outstanding medical care. Thank you for your expertise!

Very Pleased with Dr. Mills!! He is an excellent MD. I thoroughly respect and trust his medical knowledge and patient care. I highly recommend him for any of your needed family practitioner medical services!!

Dr. Mills is by far the BEST doctor in Jacksonville! He cares about his patients more than most doctors. I’ve been able to reach him outside of “normal” business hours for emergencies. I would recommend him to anyone who wants or needs a PCP. Dr. Mills is more than my doctor, I consider him to be a friend! I love my doctor! ??

Dr. Mills is very personable and actually takes the time to know his patient. He’s articulate fun and knowledgeable in his field of study . He goes over and beyond to make sure that the patient understands Everything going on with their healthcare and what plan of action is next! I drive 45 minutes to his office and I’ve never been disappointed with his staff.

He always ensure all of your concerns are addressed before you leave his office. I appreciate a provider who keeps their appointment times. Most provider office’s will insist that you are on time, but will have you waiting an hour to be seen. Dr. Mills staff is friendly and prompt and I have never had to wait an obscene amount of time to be seen. Dr. Mills is courteous and thorough and always takes time to address my concerns. Incredibly patient, and kind doctor. His communication skills are excellent - he wants to make sure that your concerns are addressed thoroughly. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mills is great. I’m disappointed that I can’t get back to see him. I don’t treat often, it’s been a several years since my last visit. I called to make an appointment, and learned that if you don’t treat every three years, you are considered a new patient. Unfortunately for me, he’s not accepting new patients. So, my loss. Dr. Mills is very attentive to his patients. He listens to you and you don't feel rushed during your appointment. He's very thorough. I finally visit the Dr. without experiencing "white coat" syndrome...no more panicked attacks or hypertension.

This Ascension Health Primary Care Provider is the worst. Please do not waste your time or money with this provider. I scheduled a free annual wellness visit with him and then received a bill for $226 out of pocket. When I asked the billing department manager she reported that the insurance company requires them to code the visit so patients are required to pay the deductible. She apologized for the lack of transparency and said many patients have the same issue. Don’t go here. They don’t provide the covered annual wellness visit that they claim to provide. I scheduled a free annual wellness visit with him and then received a bill for $226 out of pocket. He literally talked with me for 5 minutes and didn’t do anything. I really love Dr. Mills, but it's impossible to get an appointment any sooner than a month out, at least. And if you're sick, he just plain and simply cannot fit you in and will tell you to go to the ER, even if it's not an emergency. Made a great first impression. Asked questions and listened. Staff was very friendly as well.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Mills for about 6 years. I cannot say enough about his care and the professionalism of his staff. He has a great bedside manner and to echo a previous review, "he comes up with solutions" for your care. We have no complaints and would highly recommend Dr. Mills.
