Great service will never use another eye doctor as long as he is doing exams!

Dr.Pittman has been taking care of me and daughter for 3 years. He works so hard and is one of the few eye doctors who still excepts medicaid, which actually costs him money Todo. He has been paying out of his pocket to see people like us because he believes in the best care possible for our community. His office is friendly and non judgemental. Not happy with service for the amount of money I put out. No longer will I be supporting my local eye doctor. So far I’ve been waiting 14 days. They say it will be another week. $500. For really poor service with poor communication on why the 7 days they told me has come and gone. I had to call them ????????☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I went to Dr Pittman back in July 2018. He wrote me the wrong prescription. After going all the way to Waco to buy glasses, then waiting 10 days for them, I went back to Waco to pick them up and I couldn't see. I was told to give them a few days, which I did, then went back to Pittman's office, which he said the prescription was correct. I then went back to Waco turned them in and they re measured my fitting to try again. Waited 10 days went back to pick them up, again couldn't see. Tried them for a few days but no luck. When I took them back to get a refund they suggested I get another eye exam, which I did. The new doctor said, my prescription was completely WRONG from Dr Pittman. So even though he's a nice man, I paid $145.00 for the exam and it was WRONG!! Not to mention the back and fourth from Groesbeck to Waco and then having to pay for another exam, at least that was only $80.00 from the new Dr. I can't give Pittman any stars because it should be a negative 5 I went to Dr Pittman back in July 2018.
